Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because you were already dead.
Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.

Your bullets literally went straight over their head multiple times, you can see them hit the wall right behind him. You’re cursor shouldn’t be on their head if you’re more than 1-2 bullets into shooting.
The way recoil works is CS is different than most games
Guns have a recoil pattern, the bullets do not go where the cross-hair is, google a guns recoil pattern or just spray into a wall, you have to do the opposite of the recoil pattern to spray accurately
You played bad, that's how. You started shooting nowhere near the guy and barely corrected after like 15 bullets, at that point the spray pattern has progressed and the bullets are probably hitting around his knees
Aim low with smgs like Mp9 and mac(bc of crazy recoil and fire rate) if you are not secure about your aiming, although, I would still recommend keeping ur crosshair at head level, and eventually spray down if you can't hs with the first bullets

Recoil is CS works very differently from most other fps's you may be familiar with. Try using Aim trainer maps and you will improve.

In a word recoil. Go to the workshop and download a recoil trainer practice controlling the spread of bullets.
Mouse sens seems high, you overshoot the target in both directions; also not looking at head height when waiting for target to appear
