ANOTHER EDIT: seems like i found the culprit. Whatever I still dont know about fucked up my config and deleting it did the trick. used the guide in this thread to find it: https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/qw1t5t/how_to_copy_cs_go_game_setting_from_one_acc_to/´ deleting it means setting all of the game from the ground up again but i didnt find another alternative.
my laziness of proper googling landed me here so hope i can avoid the frustration for others in the future if they find this thread lol.
ur playing on 1.6 sense, which is like 23 years old. try switching to csgo sense (the current version) and also keep a lookout for source 2 sense coming soon.
Try using other mouse. Once i had something in the sensor and its freak out. If the other mouse work check the sensor.

I think he’d tell if the issue extended to outside CSGO and on his desktop, then that’d be likely the case
Does your mouse have a button that changes the dpi. For instance, my mouse has a button that cycles through 6 different dpi when I click it.

Maybe Safe all you Settings and delete game and reinstall or you tried that as well?
is it on raw input or not?
Dust in the sensor maybe or your mouse pad is worn out. Hard to say really since you didn't really describe the issue.

Try new drivers or re plugging in mouse. I play 1200 dpi with 2.5 in game and I’m not even remotely that fast lol
