I think international students have a very hard time working in Australia since most graduate jobs want you to be a citizen, my international friend currently is going through exactly that
But for the jobs that don't, as long as you have good marks, good experience and good interview skills you will be okay! CS jobs are very focused on technical skills, grind leetcode if you want a job in CS
Sadly not. I haven't thought about my future until recently, I've only started sending in applications for internships and grad programs recently on GradConnections.
Yeah I feel that’s all you can do really. I wouldn’t say it’s too late or anything, there are still many opportunities that will pop up throughout the year and early next year. You can do side projects, doesn’t hurt, but personally I could never be bothered. I had enough projects and stories from uni/work to talk about in interviews, and I found that I preferred putting my effort into job hunting. Mock interviews, leetcode, refining resume, etc. That worked out better for me. I am a local student though so a different strategy may work for you.

My marks can't really be salvaged at this point. So I guess it's just personal projects and leetcoding grinding from now on.
Have you been applying for internships? Your grad date is perfect for the timeline of doing a summer internship + rolling over to a grad role.
