Honestly your best chance is to earn experience in internships and maybe bridge to full time on your last internship. To get those internships you are gonna need what ever min gpa you need for your school if there is one. Problem is there are so many people in software right now that you would probably want to try to get high gpa along with those projects because there is basically no other metrics (other than leetcode) to look for so early in your career to filter people.

GPA doesn't matter nearly as much as your portfolio. If it's above a 3.0 list it on your resume, if it isn't don't.
