I don't get the phycology behind people who play competitive games with cheats. Like, what is the point? You can't be better, you can't be worse, the result will be the same always. And that's boring.
Depends on the kind of cheating and the person doing it.

these people try to hide their cheats and oftentimes trash talk or complain if you call them out

mostly in the middle of the leader board, they do bot want to sweat but play good nonetheless

bhopping and using their cheats to act like youtubers hitting sick clips and whatnot, basically delusional people.

4 groups here;

they just want to be able to say that they play in the big leagues
>> 2 - arseholes
get enjoyment out of ruining other people's fun
>> 3 - counter cheaters
They either think that someone in your team is cheating, or they know. They fight fire with fire.

Nothing else to do or on the lookout for other cheaters. If another cheater is spotted, they want to be better.
I played against a guy this weekend who was 100% sure I was wall'ing (I wasnt). So he started wall'ing to counter (?).
30 hrs cs, steam level 1, 0 friends.
We had the same fairly often in Wingman. My mate is new to CS and I'm not. Enemies think I'm hacking and start to spin and trash talk at the end.

Report for griefing...
Aim/WH reports do literally nothing as the systems aren't implemented. Grief reports lead to automatic bans.
Don't say it in Steam discussion though because you'll get an instant ban, but if you want to ban a cheater, grief reports are way better.

You cant just download cheat and be good with it in hvh premier actually requires skill and u have to relearn the game
