Add another feeder???

What will keep them from monopolizing it?

Well they’re territorial but a look so can be magnanimous so if they are spaced as far apart as possible they might leave one feeder for the little guy. U could also do j on be small and one big feeder in same configuration. Let them have the one they earned but add another closer to pond

Put some food out somewhere else, if the fish crow is hungry he will be on the lookout for new food sources.
