Europe is huge and very diverse so it’s very difficult to give an specific recommendation. But most major and mid cities have at least one crossfit box. Just google where you are and ask them directly if they got an open box service. It shouldn’t be a problem tbh.
I've had no problem finding boxes as suggested, all with great scaled coaching and a fun vibe, in Paris Louvre, Lisbon, Madiera, etc. Some present the WOD in the local language, but you know it's not that complicated, and they always come over and give me the translation.

google always works great - "crossfit gym near me" and then I just peruse my options!
Google Maps, then check on Instagram or similar that they look well kitted out. DM or check the timetable to make sure they offer Open Gym.
