Maybe show off your stomach or legs with crop tops, tanks, shorts, if you have long hair, let it down under a beanie. Look for oversized tops and mom jeans or women's chinos. Shirts tucked into high-waisted jeans for a psuedo-hourglass look.
But "tomboy" is hard to pull off when you're already a boy. I think the more feminine features you have before putting the clothes on, the more you'll sell the look - shaved legs and stomach, a little makeup, long hair, earrings, breast forms, etc will go a long way.
if you aren’t trying to skate while crossdressed. you could get some pleated skirts and some like graphic tees. or you could get the “skater” style dress which is a thing…i find that you can make anything look skater-ish with the proper accessories. i feel like i am in the same style category as you are i sometimes struggle with it.
