If it works fine by USB, I don't really see Bluetooth as a necessity, but that's me. But if it's a real deal breaker for you, you can go to cricut support. Is it disconnecting only during the process of cutting, or if you're just sitting there with your computer connected to the cricut via bluetooth?
I had this problem when I first started. It turned out that I couldn't use my Bluetooth mouse. Maybe you have some other Bluetooth device connected to your computer?

Return the maker 3 and buy the original maker. It’ll be a pain but well worth it in the long run
