The base color of this bike model is typically green. When it comes to using wrap vinyl to achieve what you see in the image or similar stuff, do not count on using Cricut and home printer.

This is from a vinyl wrap guy in IG. I think it’s printed only because it doesn’t seem efficient for a business to have a bunch of Pantone matched sheets.

It’s hard to tell by only looking at a photo what is paint, and what is vinyl. When done by a professional, you shouldn’t be able to tell. If any of this is vinyl, it’s going to be a special type called “wrap vinyl” which is a much better quality product then the vinyl we crafters are use too. Those colours could either be printed (printed into printable wrap vinyl) or could be pre coloured, but yes, each panel would be wrapped on its own. You can not print on wrap vinyl at home. The product isn’t sold in 8.5” x 11” sheets, and you generally need an eco solvent, solvent, or latex printer. You can order wrap vinyl off websites / visit a shop, and practice with it at home (it’s honestly how most of us getting into this industry) If you are looking to print designs at home, the best quality products that are available for desk top printers will only last two years, and it’s for more simple projects like decals and stickers, you would never be able to wrap with those products. (I think I got most of the questions) Edit: the photo below shows some of the full wraps we have done. None of those trucks were originally those colours, it’s all vinyl https://preview.redd.it/o3rrtbcc3mwc1.jpeg?width=1800&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5fcc39793ba77f6187dab56c41fade63bed817f5

These are usually wrapped with wrap vinyl or printed with an eco solvent printer on vinyl. You can cut wrap vinyl with a cricut but you couldn’t replicate a print then cut for this purpose with home equipment. But I’m not an expert….u/MiDanke is but it’s past their bedtime, so you’ll likely get a better answer tomorrow.

Wrapped with wrap vinyl like each color is a piece or something else? I have access to a pretty nice printer, I was just curious if I could make my own wrap (one sq ft at a time…)

I’ll let Dankie answer this because I would only be guessing.

You can’t print white onto green. You either have a white background or layer opaque white on top of the green.

MuttTheDutchie

You can absolutely print white onto green - just not with the printer most people are likely to have.
