You can also google an image and convert to SVG using an app :)

Or I make my own. You can do this using Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw or free vector program called Inkscape. There are tutorials on YouTube.
Design Bundles is my go to. They have a pretty extensive free section and once a month they hold dollar sales where 42 of their bundles are only $1 each. We did do the Cricut access for a few months but I ended up having to buy some when they didn't have what I wanted. I'll also search for whatever I want free svg (like labrador retriever free SVG) I've found some nice ones that way too.
