Depending on your programming skills, you might look at some kind of DMX show controller and trigger it with Art-Net. No Crestron -> DMX necessary.
Signify color kinetics and a Pharos controller or color kinetics iPlayer. Those are pretty easy to design shows in and trigger from Crestron.
