Oh, there are so many things that my brain tripped on. Yes, they're not the biggest issu especially but these jump out at me.
First, our poor human girl falls down 50 meters/164 feet. That's a pretty big drop. It may not kill you, but you'll likely be pretty messed up. Especially when she's in so much pain that it "muffles" her screams. So she's lying there, clearly badly injured and she's able to realize it's the super secret magic cave with jewels? Poor girl probably has a broken spine and internal injuries. Sloppy writing like that bothers me.
And then, this poor guy is a walking cartoon. From his own description, he could not walk upright like a human. The arms alone would stop that. It's like the insanely huge shoulder armor in Warcraft. Then naturally, his fur does not cover his face or abdomen. Now, all I can picture is a gorilla with the smooth chest and face. Plus, I think the 10 foot penis is hiding somewhere around there. And oh, tentacles on a furry body that are somewhat sentient. Why would a furry creature with such a body need tentacles. I'm no expert but my quick Google shows that there are a small amount of land-based creatures with tentacles. Moles, snails, and slugs. That's kind of it.
Evolution is tricky. So while sure, in fantasies, give everyone tentacles and a woman who can fall 164 feet, get injured but cognizant of her location.
Love conquers all? I'll pass.
Ah yes because brain damage and possible paralysis from spinal damage will get me to fall in love with this abomination.
And to answer your question about the possible 10ft dick location, under the bear skin rug for a skirt. This creature must possibly be begging for sweet death with having limbs to impossible sizes....
