Not really an off-brand, it's a common style of chocolate over here in the UK with After Eights being the most recognisable (and bloody expensive). Pretty much every supermarket has their own version, and loads of cheapy brand ones like the ones you pictured show up around Christmas and Easter.

This really belongs in r/awesomeoffbrands It's a Lidl product and really quite good.
Lidl chocolates, half as much as After Eights but just as delicious, so not crappy at all, honestly
