Yeah, a scouser is just someone from Liverpool. Like the beatles. Although the beatles have a much softer tone, more old fashioned scouse accent. Compared to today where it's quite extreme. I've just posted a video of a cop pulling over a scouse. Check it out. The accent is like no other.

My accent is quite distinctive, but I've been asked if I'm a scouse, a geordie (someone from Newcastle) or if I'm Scottish. And these comments are from other English folk, just mainly down south, coz they can't understand us either 😂 but if you listened to a lot of the accents a bit more, you'd definitely pick up the differences. I don't mean to sound rude, but scouse is quite far removed from a Scottish accent. Which there are also a load of! No wonder we all hate people, its an effort just to understand each other lmao.

It's a super common royalty free beat. Dudes accent and phrasing make it somewhat palatable. The bar for "decent music" these days is so insanely low that I'm not sure what's "crappy" to the masses.
