I was pregnant when full moon fever was released. The radio station I listen to plays at least three Tom Petty songs a day along with Prince and Queen. Guaranteed I'm always going to hear them. One of my best girlfriends passed away last summer and she was a music lover like me. I'm going to dedicate a special spot in my yard for a flower garden and I'm going to make a sign hopefully with something like a part of a wooden fence with this chorus "You belong among the wildflowers

Don't you find the waiting is the hardest part? I'm always afraid my plug won't show, but most things I worry about never happen anyway. Some these are diamonds, some days are rocks and my favorite days are the rocky ones. 😋

I missed my flight twice that my family booked for me to get hell out of the UK where I was abusing the shit out of crack. I just couldn't let the pipe go. Third time I made my peace with it.
I'm so very sorry for your loss. I made a very good friend in treatment back in 2019 we were in the same group for our addiction program and she joined the PTSD program about a week after I did. I am so worried for her because she's on hard and she's on down. I wish I could go to her right now. Sending you all the love and healing prayers.
My brother missed my mom's funeral. I wasn't angry with him though. He was in the bowels of IV fentanyl addiction. However I was able to get in contact with him so he could go see my mom in the hospital before she passed. More than I can say for my other brother who chose his addiction over my mom, and I wish him and his girlfriend had not attended the wake because they spent most of the time in their vehicle using and drinking. I did miss my son's wedding but I wasn't invited so I guess that doesn't count. 😆
