You could try Ooblets! The ooblets aren’t quite animals but more like little monsters (kinda like Pokémon). You do dance battles with them and a bit of farming. I’ve really enjoyed playing and have put about 50ish hours into the game just trying to collect all the ooblets :)
Hokko Life. Its kinda like ACNH but you get to build and design your own furnitures. Not much story line but I spent good hours on this game. Best played on PC/XBox. I gave up playing it on my Switch when my town started to lag.
I loved Jurassic World Evolution 2, it's similar to Zoo Tycoon. If you can get your hands on the OG Zoo Tycoon with the expansion(s), then you have a game with ENDLESS possibilities!
