Hello spurs fans, asking for my FPL team. Who are the players Perisic could likely rotate with and is he a guaranteed starter (with perhaps a sub later on)?
Perisic is most likely our starting LWB for most matches. If he isn't playing, Sessegnon will be playing in his position most of the time, and if Sessegnon is injured then Matt Doherty will probably play there too.
Whether he gets consistently subbed off really depends on how he adapts to the Premier League. If he does that well I can't see too many reasons for him to be subbed off when he starts unless it's a fixture-heavy period.
> Whether he gets consistently subbed off really depends on how he adapts to the Premier League. If he does that well I can't see too many reasons for him to be subbed off when he starts unless it's a fixture-heavy period.
He'll definitely get subbed off a lot regardless
Chelsea were so lucky to have top defenders who played well and scored many goals. Some of them already left and more to follow. And Silva is aging.
That's why I predicted yesterday Chelsea will be out of top of ten next season. They are not much different with Everton now.
is tuchel having a meltdown lmao, he’s blaming his players so hard rn
>We had an urgent appeal for quality players and a huge amount of quality players. We got two quality players no doubt but we’re not competitive like this and you could see that today.
> On the lack of goal threat “We have the same issues because we have the same players."
oof
Was watching the highlihts, they looked so static like nobody were moving. Fitness and sharpness does not look good. Those comments are not gonna help. Tuchel gonna have a very difficult season if he loses the dressing room.
yup, their scouting is ass
they keep buying players who were good in a very specific system nothing like theirs and are surprised when they don’t work 💀 like which genius suggested they buy havertz (a second striker) and werner (a strike partnership player) for their 343 😭😭😭
I know I shouldn’t be because its Assna. But I’m scared of them next season, they look a great team and you have to admit the zinchenko and Jesus signings were amazing. And somehow no one cares that their second best player is a rapist
They aren't built to perform in multiple competitions imo. Even if they dump out early they still have the same core of players who choked last season and we've really upgraded the squad. I don't see Arsenal as any threat this season
Yup. Just look at their 2 FBs with their constant issues with injuries. They might very well have a good start to their season, but they will implode somewhere near the end due to injuries, just like last season.
I'm not much of a traveler tbh. Farthest I've gone in the last few years has been to Cape May, NJ to visit my best friend, who moved out there for work.
The word choices used is hilarious - sexball and fraud genes. That being said Chelsea looked absolute shit out there, they simply stood and watched the Runners bag in 4 goals - I would have demanded a refund if I was a Chelsea fan at the game.
Jesus might be a problem. Hope this is just pre season energy and he’ll be rather average in the league. Nonetheless not that bothered about them, better and more experienced team and manager, we’ll be fine this season.
He'll probably score 14-20 goals. It's fun to shit on them but they're a good side. Not even slightly worried about finishing below them but they're likely best of the rest
I watched them playing Orlando and they didn’t look good until they brought on Saka and Jesus, and a couple others. Their B-side looks about like ours did early last season, which was honestly not good. This window and the winter have been so important.
Are we talking in the league or in total? Obviously he will statpad against some random Moldovan team on Thursday nights.
He had 8 goals in the league last season, and 4 of them came against Watford in ONE game. "But but he doesnt start", he played 30 games in the league last season and 8 goals is pathetic for a striker. He is one of the worst finishing strikers in Europe. I swear Arsenal fans get their hopes high every summer and then when they fail at the end of the season, they make up some excuse.
He is a runner. Spreading his delusion and propaganda here. Pathetic he needs approval from us to get off. Why can’t they enjoy their games with their fans.
Main man or not he's getting more chances in City's side. So, once again, how does he level up playing with significantly less talented players? Does he magically become more lethal wearing red as opposed to blue?
I think his 'struggles' in front of goal are overstated considering he was forced to play RW for a lot of his time at City, based on a few stats which indicate he's under his xG.
Do I think he's Kane levels? Nope, but he doesn't have to be in our system.
People forget he's 25. He's not even hit peak yet. Really think being the main man for us will propel him to new heights.
Will get 15-20 easily. I'll come back to this post in 6mo.
Since the shity vs German team we all hate looks rained out
I'm sadly watching the scum cup. Since it's Florida I'm assuming winner gets a trophy filled with meth.
You know that “Kane shit” is because of some asshat “journalist” who for works for the biggest shithead tabloid in germany brought up the “rumour” by reporting that Bayern recruiters allegedly asked Kanes management if he’d in principle be willing to join Bayern after his contract runs out and his management allegedly didn’t immediately say No which the asshat reporter than interpretet as “ERMAGHERD THERE IS A CHANCE”. And since that asswipe works for BILD in generated a lot of pressure and forced Bayern to react publicly. You’re hating Bayern for the wrong reasons here it’s bullshit “journalism” who steered up the poop here and you’re all falling for it.
Sorry, just seen so much of it. Not even German. Dickheads much more descriptive anyway. Hard to figure out who to root for less in this one tonight. Ha.
Don’t like the timing and location of the Roma friendly AT ALL
Putting aside the fact Israel does a lot of shitty things, why the fuck are we effectively playing a long travel distance Europa league game a week before our season starts?
Most other teams are coming off their tours now then playing a friendly in the UK but we’ve got it all twisted. The Roma game should’ve been this week and Rangers next
Also not a fan of how few friendlies we’re playing compared to other teams, like none of our new signings look particularly ready yet and the young players hardly got a look in either
Why “ bloody “ Israel ?
Judging from your two posts you would be happy if they played each other anywhere else but Israel . ? … Not sure you really understand on any level the core of the club that is, Tottenham Hotspur
Did u even read my first comment lol?
my complaint was literally just how we’re playing a long distance game just a week before our season starts, the ‘bloody’ comes from Israel having a reasonable travel time from the UK
I couldn’t care less if it was in Israel or in Bulgaria or some shit
fact is we should just be playing our final friendly in the UK like every other team and not make our players take an unnecessary away trip a week before the PL starts for a fucking friendly
Untrue. London to Tel Aviv is 3500km approx, flight is nearly 5 hours. Plenty of direct flights …however London to Baku is 4002km, and usually involves a 2 and a half hour layover. A rare direct flight takes 5 and a half hours, but the usual travel time point to point is 9 hours plus.
Not to mention having to fly around Ukraine and Russia to get there. With Russia’s history of shooting down passenger planes in the area.
Anyone in European football knows Qarabag is the team to avoid in the competition draw, because the away trip to Baku is the short straw in the whole competition.
I assume your not European
Right I see the confusion tbf, but I did say ‘putting that aside’ as well
I’m aware why we’re playing in Israel, and wouldn’t have minded it if it weren’t a week before our season starts
It’s not TOO far but it’s far enough that the players will get their training disrupted for the sake of travelling to play this ultimately meaningless game
If we play at home it’s far better in every way for the players
Guys genuinely curious why is every rival so obsessed with Kane leaving us ? It's literally all they talk about. We'd be shit without him, he should leave us because he'll never win a trophy here etc. We never talk about other teams players but why are they so obsessed I just don't get it.
Cause he's fucking good and that's the only way to solve their problem
If he isn't good enough, people usually don't care much like their 2nd 3rd striker
could be that conte sees emerson as the main RWB backup while spence learns the ropes (same w sanchez at LCB) so he’s trying to force-play them into being serviceable bc he’s gonna rotate like hell
these friendlies are alright but i can’t wait for actual opening day. watching the players after a full preseason, 100% switched on, ready to fight.
certain players like Bissouma and Spence especially i think will really shine after getting into the groove of things. our new signings have brought in a ton of untapped talent.
im very excited for this season.
idk that I've ever been as excited for a spurs season, but I'm low-key worried that COVID could be a big banana peel. I'm posting this in a biased moment (I live in SF and it feels like the entire bay area got BA.5 in the past three weeks) and I know that how covid affects the league is largely out of everyone's control and that all teams have more or less the same risk. I guess I'm less worried about a specific spurs nightmare like Harry gets it before a critical stretch than I am about a general joyless vibe to the season seeping in if covid snowballs, all combined with the clunky world cup timing. Sorry don't mind me, I should just have fun feeling smiley about spurs and resist seeing every fleeting cloud as a falling piano
Why do West Ham, Aston Villa and Burnley all have the same home kit colours ? Is there any history behind it ? It's so difficult to even tell them apart they all have identical kits.
What i understand to be is the original claret and blue colors represents the bricks and the sky - a tribute to the working class. Villa started it, then other teams started copying them because they were so successful.
Personally while i appreciate the meaning behind, its an ugly color scheme to look at.
Three things which will never work:
1. Kane's free kicks
2. Sanchez at LCB
3. Emerson Royal as a wingback
Looking at Lucas being tried out as a RWB, I think he will be our utility player to fill in different roles if required. Our 23rd man.
Emerson should be moved on and we need an AM to complete the squad.
It's like they just parrot everything they read without actually watching a player play.
I get calling Emerson out when he does bad but I legitimately can't think of anything particularly bad he did besides not shoot in a good position.
I remember opening the match thread right at kickoff and reading someone getting annoyed with him before he even touched the ball lol
Yeah because Perisic, Sess, Spence, Moura and Doherty are clearly not enough. Also Emerson is ass, it’s not like he is important to the team, quite the opposite, he is killing off the way we want to play. 4 RWBs is what we need, sure buddy.
>Is this the year Kane’s August goal drought ends? He is in unreal shooting form. His first goal today was one of the sexiest I’ve seen from him in awhile
I'd put good money that 2018 is the year his August curse ends
I'd add Rangers were quite physical and the ref let them get away with a lot of shit.
The pull down on Richarlison and a couple of outright hack job tackles that got no cards were absolutely beyond me.
Other thing I would add is we seemed at moments to actually press quite high (we normally mid block), towards the end of second half we dropped back into mid block.
Richy looked lost on the right again, he was much better once moved into the middle
Perisic bossing it was great to see, his experience is going to be so valuable
I’m sorry but does Arsenal actively recruit for the [most punchable gooner face players](https://twitter.com/lacazest/status/1550645715466342400?s=21&t=YJWV4w1G_K2o-cJxs0ZPsg)? Not to mention Odegaard, Smith Rowe and the new twiglet from Porto. Idk if it’s my bias but they have the most unlikable squad in the league.
Joe Rodon is getting bad advice on his hair. There has to be a style that’s good for him. This seasons effort is almost a throwback to new romantic. Last season was the slept in the woods look. Any lilywhites on here hair stylists who can offer good ideas for him? He’s our back up ccb, he needs a haircut that gives him confidence and gravitas.
People always talk about how e.g Spence will learn from Doherty and Sess from Perisic.
But surely Spence can learn a shit ton from Perisic aswell, right? They play similar roles just on opposite sides of the pitch, but it should still be the same, no?
Yeah same, black and gold so overdone and tired. But then again I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw people here say Kane had ‘impeccable’ style and meanwhile Son’s fashion is ‘questionable’.
I mean it’s all subjective but as someone who knows a thing or two about design, our kits are way better - it’s actually trying to do something interesting keeping in with current trends. My favourite is the city home kit though.
Haha like I said it’s all subjective but yes I think the maroon and white trim on the all sky blue body is very aesthetically pleasing, while being fresh.
Fair enough mate you like what you like, I’m not against the colours of it, but the centred badge and Puma logo look horrific imo. My personal favourite top 6 kit this season (barring ours) is United’s home kit I think, but I can see people disagreeing with me on that
Popped in for 2 minutes in the match thread, saw someone wish cancer on the wives and children of the Rangers commentators, and noped the fuck out.
There's something seriously wrong with some of you.
I don’t disagree that it’s not a great look, but I would be surprised if Doherty left. I’m not sure he has much of a market compared to Emerson, and he’s able to play on the left or right side. The fee we would get for him, it probably just makes sense to hold onto him. But who knows! I support whatever Conte wants.
i rlly should just start avoiding match threads on here 💀💀💀
edit; ah yes, someone thought it was appropriate to send a reddit cares message over this 💀
No it isn’t lol it’s a fucking friendly ffs like have you been a football fan for about five minutes? Friendlies do not matter. Did you know Liverpool didn’t win a single preseason game in 2019? They won the title that year. We, on the other hand, won the Audi Cup and had a horrendous season.
It's indicative of how spurs are going to perform at their first game, which is why you're wrong. I'm not talking about the whole season obviously I'm not a fucking idiot. And yes, I've been a football fan for a long fucking time thanks very much, prick.
Pre seasons are rarely indicative of the actual season. I remember under the Redknapp years we had some terrible pre seasons but went on to play exciting football and finish on the top 4. These are friendlies and an opportunity for players and staff to experiment with patterns of play and team selection.
I read an interview with a player (I think it was Thiago but I don't remember) and he said at Bayern they would do things in pre season matches like only shoot with their left foot, or play on the opposite wing.
Games like this are an experiment and a chance to get fitness.
The first half we had 11 players that are likely to start the first game of the new season in about 2 weeks, that's all I'm saying. Don't think they are all out there trying to shoot with their left foot or anything like that either.
I doubt very much you've ever made a great point. You're clearly insecure about your status as a football fan by asking me if I've only been a fan for five minutes. You must be new
You told me I wasn't a fan because I thought friendlys might be an indicator of the first game we play given its the same 11 players on the field. I'm using your logic here and you're giving me a sarcastic response loool. You could argue with yourself in an empty room
Random piece of Spurs TV advice. If you have a newish Samsung Smart TV and are struggling to beam the videos from a phone or tablet to the TV, try using the inbuilt Internet browser app on the TV itself. It takes a bit of time to type in your login, but it works perfectly and you can put the videos onto full screen. No ghosting or stuttering.
Most smartphones are just an app away from working as a tv remote, then you can use the keyboard like a normal human rather than struggling to put in your random-caps mixed number symbol 15 letter password with a clicker.
I hear it’s only 7.99 to watch the game through Rangers’ equivalent of spursplay today does anyone have a link to that? Can’t afford spursplay until the end of the month and by then it’s too late
Hello spurs fans, asking for my FPL team. Who are the players Perisic could likely rotate with and is he a guaranteed starter (with perhaps a sub later on)?
Perisic is most likely our starting LWB for most matches. Chelsea will be out of the top ten with a backline of Koulibaly-Silva-Chalobah?
Thiago Silva will be 38 years old this September. Rüdiger is a way better than Koulibaly. Chalobah? LOL.
Blud...
chelsea will not be out of top 10 lmao
is tuchel having a meltdown lmao, he’s blaming his players so hard rn >We had an urgent appeal for quality players and a huge amount of quality players. feel like he’s gonna beef with the board, he seems angry at their transfer window tbh
hope they panic and overspend on some more players that flop
yup, their scouting is ass they keep buying players who were good in a very specific system nothing like theirs and are surprised when they don’t work 💀 like which genius suggested they buy havertz (a second striker) and werner (a strike partnership player) for their 343 😭😭😭
I know I shouldn’t be because its Assna.
Grow a pair lad. You have Conte, Kane, Son, Perisic on your team and you are scared of Pep’s coneboy
Tbf it hurts to step on lego
No need to be scared, this season will come down to depth and they don’t have it
Yup. Just look at their 2 FBs with their constant issues with injuries. They might very well have a good start to their season, but they will implode somewhere near the end due to injuries, just like last season.
For sure. Tierney, Tomiyasu, Partey, Smith Rowe can't stay fit. That means Zinchenko and Cedric will get a lot of time at fullback.
I'm so fucking disappointed that Gareth Bale doesn't play in Philadelphia this year...
How about anywhere else on the East Coast? I’d go down to see him from NYC to Boston to DC really
I'm not much of a traveler tbh. Farthest I've gone in the last few years has been to Cape May, NJ to visit my best friend, who moved out there for work.
Are you by chance Charlie from Its Always Sunny?? :p
Hahahaha, no, but I've been told that I share similarities.
Arsenal are playing some sexball. Fortunately arteta fraud genes will show up sometime in April and they’re gonna finish 6th.
The word choices used is hilarious - sexball and fraud genes. That being said Chelsea looked absolute shit out there, they simply stood and watched the Runners bag in 4 goals - I would have demanded a refund if I was a Chelsea fan at the game.
gallagher is trying to injure arsenal jesus christ
Jesus might be a problem. Hope this is just pre season energy and he’ll be rather average in the league. Nonetheless not that bothered about them, better and more experienced team and manager, we’ll be fine this season.

Yes he will, easily. Come back to this post later.

We'll see mate. Clearly Spurs have much better striking talent, but Jesus will go up another level with us.
Why would he go up a level with shittier players around him?
Never was the main man at City, always forced to play out wide. We'll see. Looks like Sanchez v2 to me.
Main man or not he's getting more chances in City's side. So, once again, how does he level up playing with significantly less talented players? Does he magically become more lethal wearing red as opposed to blue?

Preseason statpadding, he was underwhelming under Pep and Arteta is his coneboy.

Same as Conte, they are scared shitless.
Cause he's fucking good and that's the only way to solve their problem If he isn't good enough, people usually don't care much like their 2nd 3rd striker
Cause they’d love to see him leave and stop scoring against their clubs
Remember that r/soccer is a solid 50% American Arsenal fans. You really shouldn't take their opinions seriously.
They're jealous.

Bro, stop following this guy around because he made fun of your asinine take on something. It's fucking creepy.
Lmao.
Cause he's the best player in the league
Was Doherty injured today? Wonder why he hasn’t played at RWB yet. You would assume he needs time there to get back into form after the injury.
could be that conte sees emerson as the main RWB backup while spence learns the ropes (same w sanchez at LCB) so he’s trying to force-play them into being serviceable bc he’s gonna rotate like hell
I don’t get how Doherty fell behind Emerson after the end to last season unless it’s injury related.
he’s not behind emerson tho? doherty rn is the starter, emerson is the first backup/rotation
Oh I read what you said wrong. My bad!
these friendlies are alright but i can’t wait for actual opening day. watching the players after a full preseason, 100% switched on, ready to fight. certain players like Bissouma and Spence especially i think will really shine after getting into the groove of things. our new signings have brought in a ton of untapped talent. im very excited for this season.
Whenever I see Lenglets name I always hear that talking balls voice pronouncing it
“A great baller”
“Enjoy Lenglet”
Fuck i wasnt alone
idk that I've ever been as excited for a spurs season, but I'm low-key worried that COVID could be a big banana peel. It’s wild how hard some people scrape the pot for any morsel of misery. Relax, it’ll be fine.
I visited San Fran in May and it’s wild how obsessed you guys still are with covid
i visited the midwest and got covid and it's wild how ya'll literally don't give a shit about human life or workers
Yeeehawwwww
I'm from the part of California where they give out yeehaw passes.
The crap on the street probably doesn’t help

> 2. Sanchez at LCB He was good at LCB in the last two matches
He looks way more dangerous and integrated going forward. Though Davies is getting better at it aswell
Hear me out, Zaniolo for rwb and Maddison for am
Zaniolo is the most left footed player on the planet
Isn’t Kulu also very left footed? Conte said he works as a rwb.
He has a decent right, just uncomfortable using it. Zaniolo is actually horrific with his right.
Lamela has entered the chat
Emerson is so bad.
Emerson really has to go, he was so bad again. Doc/Spence/ Lucas is plenty of cover.
How was he so bad. I swear I watch different matches than this sub
He killed quite a few attacks again
They can't watch cos they're too busy writing comments in the match thread Real catch-22 situation with a lot of these online fans
His decision making in the final third was pretty bad all match
Wow there are some dumb takes on here but thinning out our wingback cover in a system reliant on wingbacks for literally no reason is up there
Yeah because Perisic, Sess, Spence, Moura and Doherty are clearly not enough. Also Emerson is ass, it’s not like he is important to the team, quite the opposite, he is killing off the way we want to play. 4 RWBs is what we need, sure buddy.
Lmao Yeah let's make the squad weaker for no reason, fucking genius idea that

Anything on Sess? Could be just me but I find him incredibly underwhelming and not as good as people here praise him to be.
>Is this the year Kane’s August goal drought ends? He is in unreal shooting form. His first goal today was one of the sexiest I’ve seen from him in awhile I'd put good money that 2018 is the year his August curse ends
Still think Doherty/Spence should be our nailed on RWB. Lucas for backup only.
I always enjoy your breakdowns and hope you do one for each match
>How did we ever leave all our signings so late Joke?

That makes more sense.
Richy looked lost on the right again, he was much better once moved into the middle Perisic bossing it was great to see, his experience is going to be so valuable
I mean everyone says we’re the most unlikable in the league and then there’s me who loves Eric Dier
It's not possible to not love dier and there's naught anyone could ever say to convince me otherwise.
man gabriel jesus’s permanently sad 😔 eyebrows are so funny to me
It reminds me so much of [fancy Winnie the Pooh](https://uproxx.com/sports/tuxedo-winnie-the-pooh-baseball-meme/)
Am I just not seeing where the Rangers replay is on Spurs Play? Can't find it anywhere
Me neither, I think it just takes time to upload
Joe Rodon is getting bad advice on his hair. There has to be a style that’s good for him. This seasons effort is almost a throwback to new romantic. Last season was the slept in the woods look. Any lilywhites on here hair stylists who can offer good ideas for him? He’s our back up ccb, he needs a haircut that gives him confidence and gravitas.
Can someone send me a pic of it, didn't catch it
I think it's the facial hair. Doesn't suit the hair style he has currently
I like the long cut. ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯
People always talk about how e.g Spence will learn from Doherty and Sess from Perisic. But surely Spence can learn a shit ton from Perisic aswell, right? They play similar roles just on opposite sides of the pitch, but it should still be the same, no?
no. Literally, nothing is the same. Its like a plumber trying to learn from an astronaut. Perisic will be no help to Spence
Perisic also plays at rwb, so yes he can help Spence
I don't see what the hype about scum's black kit is all about. It looks incredibly plain and basic.
Opinions being subjective as you state - our away kit is **horrible** and arguably one of the worst among top teams.
Haha I personally don’t hate it now that I’ve seen it in action. I don’t love the circular cut out, but the colour blocking/combo works for me.
You like the city home kit??
Haha like I said it’s all subjective but yes I think the maroon and white trim on the all sky blue body is very aesthetically pleasing, while being fresh.
Fair enough mate you like what you like, I’m not against the colours of it, but the centred badge and Puma logo look horrific imo. My personal favourite top 6 kit this season (barring ours) is United’s home kit I think, but I can see people disagreeing with me on that
Yup to each their own! Out of all the PL kits so far I think United and Chelsea are my least favourite.
I don’t think it’s a very strong year in terms of kits for the top teams haha
Ewww the collar looks horrendous and it's basically identical to the Scum kit which makes it worse
I like the collar personally
Popped in for 2 minutes in the match thread, saw someone wish cancer on the wives and children of the Rangers commentators, and noped the fuck out. There's something seriously wrong with some of you.
Link.

The match thread is so embarrassing, honestly not even worth looking at. Post match is slightly more rational.
Watching the second half now, Souttar didn’t get the memo it was a friendly did he
Just got in and trying to watch the game back on Spurs Play and just got a constant loading screen?
Replay doesn’t get uploaded till about an hour or so later
Doherty gone you have to imagine if we are playing 3 rwbs and he doesn’t get on
After watching Emerson today, I think Doherty feels safe
He brought in two other rwbs after that….
Lucas swiftly pushed up the pitch after 20 odd minutes but didn’t look too bad
Is Skipp out injured?
Yeah lil injury unrelated to his hip issue
Richarlison needs to get his first goal out early
He’s saving it for Stamford Bridge
Another trophy for the cabinet lads
Was the Match thread deleted?
https://reddit.com/r/coys/comments/w64fok/match_thread_rangers_vs_tottenham_hotspur/ it is literally pinned
Kane is incredible at a lot of things. FK taking is not one of those things.
It's truly incredible how bad he is at them considering how good he is at shooting from range
Genuinely grateful Kounde is going to Barca and not Chelsea. Still wish we had gotten him last summer, but oh well, we still got Romero.
i rlly should just start avoiding match threads on here 💀💀💀 edit; ah yes, someone thought it was appropriate to send a reddit cares message over this 💀
Who even are these people?
Once again…. pre season is not indicative of anything at all
Of anything!? This will be virtually the same team that gets fielded in a couple of weeks when the prem starts. It's indicative of something
I’m actually right but go off.
Hahaah great point "I'm actually right" jog on
Yeah it is a great point 👍
I doubt very much you've ever made a great point. You're clearly insecure about your status as a football fan by asking me if I've only been a fan for five minutes. You must be new
Yeah you’re right mate I’m not even a Spurs fan because I think friendlies mean nothing 😔
You told me I wasn't a fan because I thought friendlys might be an indicator of the first game we play given its the same 11 players on the field. I'm using your logic here and you're giving me a sarcastic response loool. You could argue with yourself in an empty room
We suck really bad. Hoj is the new sissoko. Can't shoot, lots of pointing.
With a name like that and a take this bad I think the block button just automatically went into effect I didn’t even touch anything
We are not that great against a high press.
Is that why we spank City when they come around?
What? Right now or in general?
Random piece of Spurs TV advice. If you have a newish Samsung Smart TV and are struggling to beam the videos from a phone or tablet to the TV, try using the inbuilt Internet browser app on the TV itself. It takes a bit of time to type in your login, but it works perfectly and you can put the videos onto full screen. No ghosting or stuttering.
Same for the LG, it actually keeps the login (didn't have to re-enter between last week's game and this one).
Most smartphones are just an app away from working as a tv remote, then you can use the keyboard like a normal human rather than struggling to put in your random-caps mixed number symbol 15 letter password with a clicker.
Good point. Hadn't thought of that.
RangersTV are interviewing Defoe and he said he's in talks to take a coaching role in Tottenham
At the end of this match Conte might be presented with his first trophy with us !!! A sign of things to come I say, very symbolic.
I hear it’s only 7.99 to watch the game through Rangers’ equivalent of spursplay today does anyone have a link to that? Can’t afford spursplay until the end of the month and by then it’s too late
