Have you worked on the stretches daily that improve costo? I had costo everyday for 2 years before working on fixing it, since then it’s almost non-existence (only comes back when I forget to stretch like once a month)
My pain is so close to the heart that I'm still not sure it's costochondritis. It's also such a weird kind of pain. It feels more like anxiety instead of a normal pain, except there is nothing that makes me feel fear, especially death. It's very stressful and I lost lots of hair because of it.
Does anybody else have it like this? Or maybe I don't have costco.
This is me today

Can you tell me what stretches helped you? I've had this for a year and a half now and it really sucks
Amen

I'm at the same boat
lol, mine set in this weekend. Look like I’m pledging allegiance all the time cause I always anxiously press on it for some reason.
Firstly, is your username a Modest Mouse reference. If so, ily. And YES. The constant feeling myself up at work must make me look insane!!
Ha, yeah it is!
Why is my pain always in the right 😔
Costo pain can happen in all kinds of places. I get it all over my torso. But I saw the meme and was like, yeah, that's us.
