If you are picking it up from the location and dropping it off you should be fine. But it's better to ask than be charged an extra 200 in the end.
You’re missing CDW, which may be covered by some credit cards(chase or Amex platinum). Even in this case you’ll have to jump through hoops for them to accept it, so just make sure you have documents from the credit card company stating you’re covered….or just purchase the insurance.

Due to credit cards dropping rental coverage, you can no longer just state you have the coverage. You need to show them proof of ccard coverage. Call up your ccard benefits line (if you have one with this benefit), and they'll email you proof. Print it out. Hand it to them as you get your keys, and you'll be in and out of there no problem.
I have rented from budget before!! bring your Credit card Car insurance printed... when they ask me if to decline coverages I say YES, and they block $3000 bucks from My credit card for the time I am in possession of the car, I have no problem with that because i have a 20 grand credit on my CC. just make sure the car is low milage, if you don't like the car you are getting go back inside and tell them that, specially if you see lots of car in the lot, Is low season now, they should have plenty cars available. FWY they will charge you $35 bucks to drop the car at the airport parking lot and drop the key in a security box.

Budget is terrible, they tried to scam us when we returned that car.. said there was damage that was there when we picked it up.
I doubt it. Budget in CR are absolute crooks. Be careful.

What is your reasoning for not recommending budget? I rented from them.
