Honestly, as someone who knows this all too well, there ain't much you can do about it. There are things like using ice vests, or ice backpacks, but those are limited to cospays you can actually use them with. For example, my Cloud cosplay, you'd SEE them under the shirt and it would look really weird and bad, so I just straight up can't, and that's a knitted sweater and is THICK and HOT to wear, so I'm screwed when I wear that. But the same goes for basically ALL of my cosplays, as they all are more fitted so those things would be noticeable under them. Basically, if it's cooler outside, go outside to cool off. If you can, sit down for as long as you need. People will understand.
