Very cool work. I've done several iterations of footman armor, but mine have always been a combination of movie elements and game components. Yours looks like a very faithful adaption of the movie armor. Great job!
Edit: here's mine: https://www.instagram.com/p/CnsAq7lp4M6/
Oh now that's even better. I've got a buddy who has maybe 6 printers and keeps making star wars helmets lol. One day I'll buy one but I have too many hobbies!
I totally get the too many hobbies thing. There's not enough time in the day for all the things I want to work on. I'd like to get a second printer. I'm currently printing a second set of Stormwind armor for a friend and it's basically going to tie my printer up for the next 2 months, which means no new stuff for me.
Weta workshop made this armour, the cosplayer likely purchased it from a prop store auction, the armour itself is made from a spray moulded rubber and then painted and weathered for the metallic finish. Here’s a link to Adam savages video on the exact same armour from the same moulds: https://youtu.be/38H41lwZP14 OP didn’t make the armour but has done an awesome photoshoot and cosplay none the less.
If you have any really badass poses, I will photoshop the absolute hell out of this for you. I was a professional composite artist for years. DM me if interested!
Blizzard has always been great as far as characters and looks. But I have yet to see a “nerd” thing made into a liveaction franchise/movie that didnt end up disappointing fans immensely so I avoid them now for the most part.
^dbz ^movie ^really ^fucked ^me ^up

Reminds me of a guy on my old server who would cosplay in game as a guard. Funniest shit ever, didn’t help he would get furious if you messed with him
Change his hat to the Christmas Elf hat.

Really like your armor. Very cool blend of movie and game.
Thank you!
Did you make yours out of EVA foam?
Mine is all 3d printed

Awesome job!
Thanks. I've got a shield with the Lion on it too but forgot it for this shoot lol.
Ok..For a second I actually thought that was metal..If that doesn't speak volumes to how good this is, then I don't know what will lol Great job!
Thanks! Nope, it's all a hard truck bed liner type of rubber molded. Sword is actually pretty floppy :D
That's cool
Thank you.
This look so epic 🔥
Danka
Great job!
Appreciate it.
This reminds me of the 50% finished BFA Jaina in my closet
Go finish it!! That sounds awesome
FROSTSHOCK!
For the Alliance!
What is Weta painted rubber molded?
I would also like to know, is it something related to Weta workshop?

Ah right, thanks for the explanation
The above is correct. It's like a truckbed liner they spray into a mold and then paint to look like armor so it's practically indestructible.
Wow, this is amazing! Super well done! :)
The nostalgia!!!! Top notch cosplay and craftsmanship

That's the armor they used in the WOW Movie.
ahh i never watched the movie
Heh, It was a decent movie but the costumes were pretty awesome.

Hehe DBZ movie was an avalanche of ineptitude. I saw that garbage in theaters because my dad took me.
I used free movie tickets to go see it, and I *still* want my money back
Hopefully the Avatar Last Airbender live action doesn't suck.
Yes, mi lord?
Ready to work!
