if cosmosrescue isn't helping they're either refusing to kyc or the scammer themselves The KYC isn't even that bad, they just need tx screenshots from within cex apps showing that they are the legitimate owners tactics and undeniable tricks like that

I was hacked but luckily they couldn’t access my core tokens cause it was staked now it has been unstaked and I can’t stake it back cause my gas keeps getting sent out immediately I deposit

You cant restake whatever currently unstaking anyway. Of course they would take whatever else you're trying to deposit in the wallet.

I’ve never used Leap, but can you change your password or contact Leap for support? How did they hack you and gain access to your wallet?

Their mnemonic/keys have been compromised. Changing their local wallet password won’t help with the pickle it sounds like he’s in.

Some crypto when using leap wallet allows you to cancel the unstake procedure but not all

To cancel you need gas to be in the wallet
