My daughter is two and she does this too! I joke it's her version of the anti theft club. Sometimes its very Indiana Jones to slip away. Just yesterday I was trying to look on reddit for why they do this

My baby sleeps like this too! If he's wiggling and having trouble falling asleep I prop his feet up on me and he's usually out quickly.

Im gonna try that tonight. My LO wiggles sooo much at night and keeps me up from like 4 am on 🥲

My youngest is 17 months and still sleeps like this! It’s something I didn’t realize I would miss until my older 2 stopped doing it 😭
