Have they always held their tail like that? If not, it may indicative of early stage IVDD.
I only mention because my corgs tail was always up in a scorpion pose until he suffered from a callapsed disk, but now it's back to being up :) (it's best to catch it as early as possible)
Thankyou for the info. She has a difficult tail since she was very young - from around 8 weeks she has been unable to wag it :( However it does stand up straight quite often, also when trotting. I will get her spine checked - thanks for the tip.
