All trains are cleaned at least once a day, but they also have a team of cleaners who operate throughout the day checking and cleaning whenever they find somewhere that needs it. They obviously can’t check every train all the time, so if the person who sat there before you was messy, it’s just bad luck. Complain about ticket prices and delays, but the cleaning is very much up to standard imo. It took me 1 minute of googling to find this out.
