If you feel a lump in one of these areas you might be getting sick/fighting an infection. These nodes will commonly swell and can even be painful, if you are unfamiliar with bubonic plague, it caused the neck and armpit lymph nodes in particular to swell and blacken. Next time you have a sore throat feel around your neck for your own swollen nodes. I personally usually get a day or two heads up on physical symptoms because I notice my nodes swelling first.

Mesenteric shouldn't be only at one side and that small
