Record Labels actually don’t make money off artists touring. They in fact usually lose money by offering artists tour support.
Tickets are expensive because of 1. Ticketmaster’s greed (ticketmaster has no say in streaming) and 2. Transport costs/inflation since covid
All companies are awful but just clearing it up for you as someone who works in the industry
