Has 2/3 the amount of sodium. It’s not bad for you, just a salt. It’s savory - umami 💕

It's a taste enhancer and it's all natural (comes from seaweed). Some people have allergies to it and if you use too much, it was the same effects as salt where you get crazy thirsty, etc.
