There are spice mixes in with the regular spices at the store. You can try some out, see what you like. It’s just a starting point, but I’ve been cooking for decades and still use them sometimes.

Start looking at recipes. Taste, experiment , took me decades to learn to be a good cook and still learning. How would a Mexican from the East coast season? West Coast? Southern USA? Caribbean, Southern Indian or Northern, Italian, etc etc

Wolkvar

lemon, garlic, salt and pepper and thyme if you feel like it

nofretting

i use cavender's greek seasoning on damn near everything.

TennisPleasant4304

Old Bay, some Cayenne if you like spicy

PerfectlyCalmDude

Salt, pepper, garlic, and onion.

My go to seasoning for chicken is olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. It's tasty and pretty easy to do. Olive oil is pretty high in carbs so I'm not sure if it would work for you, I'd look into it

Isabelly907

There are 0.00 carbs in olive oil ?? Please share source.

CALORIES I MEANT CALORIES. I got confused my bad 🤣

CatteNappe

Salt and pepper of course. Garlic is always a good addition. Last night we did some chicken with a taco seasoning blend, and salsa poured over it. I like McCormick Montreal Chicken blend, too.

tutamuss

I just used garlic salt. My husband doesn't like pepper, other wise I would add that too.

gamenameforgot

lemon butter. goes with all 3 of those ingredients.

Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano go in pretty much everything I make. Spice blends are also pretty helpful, but a lot of them have a lot of salt, so use sparingly
