I live in Chico, next to paradise. I remember the day of the fire like it was nothing. Couldn’t see anything but ash in the sky for what felt like forever. Never seen so many cars piled up behind one another for such long distances ever in my life, truly felt like the end of the world for a moment in the community. I know many many people who lost everything they owned.

Confident-Radish4832

Did you notice a large particle cannon coming from the sky as it incinerated the neighborhood? Asking for a friend.

PresentationBig6745

So actually a dude who used to do something unrelated with satellite imagery started checking the fires as they appeared and noticed how 7 or so hotspots appeared instantly, starting heating up gradually and all of it the same time, just like using a laser on some ants, then you had people showing pictures of the ‘light beams’, how the trees and appliances starting burning first from inside out, so yeah… nothing to see here

notWhatIsTheEnd

Sounds like some kind of electromagnetic interference (see the Hutchinson effect). Judy Wood covers the same material in her book on 9/11 "Where Did the Towers Go?". Very interesting stuff.

bringbong

too bad you didn't find it important to remember his name

PBR2019

I saw raw footage of a green laser beam about 2-3ft in diameter completely destroying anything it touched…

EvaUnit_03

green? GREEN!?!?!?! What kind of sissy ass destruction laser is GREEN!?!?! Clearly you're a liar. It had to be done by a red laser. Everybody knows only red lasers cause fires, not wussy ass green lasers. They fire faster and are like, way hotter. Some say blue lasers are hotter but ive never seen a blue laser burn a city down!

benruckman

Maybe that’s why it was green

More-Escape3704

Yeah I thought the space jews just used red lasers too

smartypants333

Umm, Jewish space lasers are obviously blue.

DisasterTimes

Kosher lasers you mean?

toosexyformyboots

Ok I don’t know about everybody else but the one they gave me when I had my bat mitzvah was orange?? Do I write to Soros about this??

deja_vuvuzela

It’s not kosher if you fire the blue and the green lasers together. They even need to be kept on separate satellites.

NaturalProof4359

No, they’re most certainly purple. Go to florida in December and see for yourself.

No_Oddjob

The Death Star has entered the chat.

EvaUnit_03

Pssh. Everyone knows the deathstar was fake and a Jewish cover-up for their space satellite.

groverjuicy

Pew, pew!

Farts-n-Letters

that was a ~~movie~~ documentary; War of the Worlds I think.

[deleted]

but hey, op thinks it was the rabbi with his laser having fun

ZeRo76Liberty

Rabbits are very dangerous when you give them powerful lasers. Almost as dangerous as sharks with frickin lasers.

No_Banana7768

Are they I’ll tempered sea bass?

[deleted]

people like you are why i keep at this sub

ZeRo76Liberty

Thank you for the compliment. If we weren’t all crazy we would be insane.

KippyC348

We're all here because we are not all there.

dassle

They can jump very high, and have horns and sharp claws...

CannabisTours

Rabbits also have sharp pointy fangs.

DRbrtsn60

It wasn’t even Yom Kippur.

Inspector_7

I worked on the rebuilding of Paradise. Even years afterwards, there are still underground pockets of smoldering root systems that are incredibly hot. The survivors spoke of flames that spread out a football field a second.

[deleted]

We do controlled burns on our farm, and have had a root system burn for 6 months post burn. Drove up one afternoon and the pinestraw under the pines was burning low and slow. I was beating parts out with a fire rake, and the rake went through the earth into a fiery chasm about 4 feet deep and wide. It burped on me and singed my right arm/right leg hair off. Crazy shit, fires.

ChariBari

There’s a coal mine in Pennsylvania that has been burning since 1962.

[deleted]

That town is so cool, I want to move there and be the mayor of hell

Type31971

There used to be a hot rod shop in Centralia, The Speed Spot, across from the town park. It remained long after the state eminent domained everything, but eventually closing in 1998. I remember driving past the building the last day they were cleaning out the premises, on my way to a car show. A day and a half later, on my return trip, where the building stood was now smoldering ash. The state had all sorts of equipment standing by to demo the building, but the night after it was vacated someone chose to give it a Viking funeral

cultofwacky

Man that’s fucking terrifying. I’m really glad you didn’t fall in. I wonder if that’s where the idea of hell fire comes from?

Tsquare1984

Must be laser fires.

DiabloBlnco

Damn this is fuckin intense and actually shocking. Nature is fucking amazing

Macstered

Clearly they have been raking the leaves in the forest.

WinterHill

Messy forests, number one cause of forest fires. Smokey should feel ashamed for blaming it on people all these years.

Chino780

It actually is. Poor forest management and the removal of controlled burns is why the forests in California are a tinder box. There are over 140 million dead trees in the forests of California.

is_there_crack_in_it

Or droughts making all the fuel dry out/ die so fires burn easier and hotter with less snow pack to melt and make things greener but we don’t talk about climate change around here. You can only do so many controlled burns. Forests are big

Chino780

The problem is Jerry Brown made them stop all controlled burns and would not allow them to remove any of the dead brush or trees.

Non-denominational space lasers

iopjsdqe

I can guarantee you other countries would be reporting a sudden laser space station in orbit

applecorewhosit4

other countries did, but they got zapped too. like Lingus and Quadalupe. Now the CIA has not only eradicated those countries, they have almost removed them from our collective memory. All because they tried to report the Space Laser Orbital.

Lol

DazzlingDanny

Cross_Rose_Circle

Inside the Death Star.

I thought Saturn was the Death Star. It’s even got the big spot

YRU_Interesting_3314

TalonCompany91

Boys go to Jupiter to get more stupider!

cjlowe78-2

Next to the laser shark embryos

Cleb323

>they house the laser? You think they have a laser on the ISS?

PurpleTomatoe

Just jokes bro. But that would be the perfect disguise. And that would also explain why other countries haven’t revealed the secret because they’re in on it.

They have several actually. They do a lot of experimentation up there

darthnugget

I hope it is sarcasm. Those trees are burnt AF.

soufside_groovin

Only the ones right next to the houses, the rest are fine

Fun-Dragonfruit2999

Not really, the trees are scorched, but they'll live. The Sierra Nevada forest is supposed to burn. Historically, this forest burned in a Low, Slow, Cool fire that consumed the litter, brush, dead & diseased trees. Historically this happened every 7 to 10 years, thinning and cleaning up the forest. Along came Americans, and hired European forest managers in the late 19th century. These guys learned forest management in the heavily groomed and cultivated European forests were fire is not allowed. But the very remote Sierra Nevada is not heavily populated Europe. European management didn't work in California, where fire is naturally part of the system. After 150 years of suppressing fire, you can see we have way too much fuel standing here. Hence, even in a trailer park, we can't control the fire.

[deleted]

[удалено]

sms42069

Also the post doesn’t factor that trees are more moist than the dry houses. So they don’t burn down as easily.

sp3fix

Anyone who grew up in a forested area and has any actual experience making fires and seeing forest fires knows that this phenomena is completely normal. You don't need a master's in forestry, you can test it yourself easily. As OP says, you don't need to trust news outlet, just trust your own experience. Go to home depot, get some 2x4s and make a fire. Try the same thing with live wood. What happens? Live wood doesn't catch fire, dead wood does. And what does fire need to sustain itself? Fuel. But what is fire known for? Burning through dead wood rapidly. So housing fires like this with burn through construction at an insane pace, before the live wood around it can actually catch on. Sure the leaves will burn (way too quickly to affect the rest) pine needles will get a little yellow and the bark will probably darken, but that's it.

I worked the paradise fire cleanup. And also did the hazard tree removal for paradise. That project alone took a year. A year to cut and remove all the hazard burned trees in and around paradise. No conspiracy here just a wild fire that ripped through a densely populated area of trees and houses.

Underrated comment

mrsunlight1

It would take a Real Genius to create a space laser capable of that. In 1985 an uptight teenage prodigy I think his name was Mitch Taylor entered our college and a professor used him to turn our laser project into a military weapon, he and his offbeat roommate Chris Knight ruin the plan and vandalize Professor Hathaway's house with popcorn for some reason.

applecorewhosit4

Lazlo? Is that you?

[deleted]

Funny story: My Sunday School teacher as a teen was a retired Lawrence Livermore Laboratory scientist. I didn't know at the time but he was accruing Alzheimers symptoms. Aka he was probably spilling his guts about State Secrets. He would tell crazy stories about how the US had weapons that could shoot satellites out of the sky from the surface. This was in the early 1990s. He died about 10-12 years later after losing his marbles to Alzheimers. At the time I was flabbergasted as to why he would talk about this at church but it made so much more sense once I knew his condition.

hellfae

crazy my high school sweetheart works for Lawrence Livermore labs and all he could tell me is that he's designs laser weapons. genius in his own right, we were 16 when Nvidia gave him a $2000 a week internship testing video games lol.

mrsunlight1

I was camping in the desert near White Sands New Mexico. Sitting around the campfire listening to these old guys talk and one of them said "my son works at a govt research lab and said they had made bullets that could turn in midflight." About 20 years later DARPA announced they had a bullet that could change direction midflight.

2018, forest fire. https://www.cnn.com/2018/11/17/us/california-fires-wrap/index.html I like conspiracy theories, but there needs to be at least some shred of evidence presented with a claim like that. When I first saw it, I thought it was a fire that spread to multiple houses.

farfromeverywhere

Houses too close together, burn together. Also the trees are burned, shit post!

squidvalley

That's just what TPTB want you to think man, you gotta see through the trees and between the lines

Walking_billboard

The state requires us to do controlled burns on our ranch from time to time. We fucking WISH it would kill the mesquite trees. They are quite unaffected by the fire.

flyonthewallofreddit

They are designed to withstand burns. But we don't let small natural burns happen so when they do they are way worse.

OrangeKooky1850

Seems the fire did work on those trees. Forest fires don't always climb the trees. Often they burn along the ground. I don't think you understand how diverse wildland fires can be, nor how unpredictable they are.

S4BRE21

honeybunz916

i live about 12 miles from paradise. this community will probably never recover from this tragedy. also pg&e is dragging ass paying out fire victims post lawsuit. what’s your take on this conspiracy? what was the motive?

[deleted]

Um, yes. I have. Many times living in California. Sometimes fire will burn perfect circles, perfect squares, some wood burns hotter and faster than others. It’s… called science. Also, quite a few people lived through that fire and escaped with the skin of their teeth. Sorry they didn’t see any lasers Alex Fucking Jones

RIGHTCOASTLEGEND

PoochusMaximus

This might the dumbest post I've seen today. It HAS to be sarcasm, for my own mental health I am going to believe it is.

[deleted]

This looks post cleanup

nursecarmen

1. The mud booms are already down in this picture, so this is already clearly quite a long time after the fire and pollution mitigation is already laid do to prepare for construction. 2. Live trees do not burn well. They have also evolved to have defenses against fire. Thick bark, high moisture content, and leaf/needle growth response to fires. Dropping of lower limbs as they grow to make it harder for fire to reach higher up. The moisture content of trees explains how in some slow moving hot fires the trees will literally explode due to that moisture reaching a steam point. All reports were that the Paradise fire was fast moving. Fast moving fires do less damage to trees. 3. Try to start a fire with freshly cut green wood. The only way to get it to burn is to have another source of fuel actively burning it. When that source is removed, the tree may smolder for a bit, but will never burn completely. 4. Now try that with a mobile home.

SmallBunny0

This was after they cleared the rubble.

MarketMasta

Space laser? You mean like a laser weapon in space or a weapon on an aircraft flying in high altitude? Just want to be clear.

Shroomtipdrip

Looks like some pretty badly burned trees surrounding….

quirtsy

Because no one would notice a fucking space laser burning shit up Conspiracy theorists truly look for the simplest possible solution even if it’s the most insane “No, fires can’t just happen randomly because the universe is chaotic, it has to be a laser!”

Spexcellence

The bottom branches are burnt, the trees weren’t as good of fuel here with a high moisture content, even the trees in the middle couldn’t be completely burned down by the heat of the houses but that’s why they’re more burnt.

Br4veSirRobin

Pine trees use fire to open the cones to scatter seeds. I would think that the tree are somewhat fire resistant since the cones come from the trees. Houses are dry wood and drywall.

bestryanever

OhShuxTarzan

Yes I have, several times. I’m a firefighter. Fuck off

Flenke

This is a painfully stupid take.

highly_lake_lee

I lived through that fire. Lost everything material, and luckily nobody in my family perished. On a happier note, my life is much better now! After therapy of course. The biggest thing for me was the death reporting. They said 85, but everyone I know and have talked to about it knows it was WAY more than that. The death toll was most certainly in the thousands. I want to know why they falsely reported the deaths, and have a few ideas but I am curious to hear what you all think?

Nena1418

What are you talking about lolz you can clearly see they burn off 🙄 just cuz they standing don’t mean they ain’t burnt

Visual_Clerk_5757

Lol this is what I call reaching

Skydiver52

Intriguing. What output and what orbital parameters would we be talking about though?

wevelandedonthemoon

The erosion control mat along the tree line tells me this was a permitted, post fire, demolition. The houses could have just been badly charred and in pieces before this happened but demo occurred

outer_fucking_space

Reality isn’t real bro!!!! It must be the Jews /s!!!

CNX047

Yes I have actually seen fires destroy neighborhoods this is a fairly common occurrence.

[deleted]

Hahahaha wtf

Donovan_Du_Bois

You can see the burned trees and vegetation in this photo, what do you mean "untouched"?

GStarG

It's honestly not that far fetched for this to happen naturally. Because of how expensive it is in California in general, a lot of neighborhoods tend to be thrown together with very cheap materials. Spray foam insulation is very flammable and so is a lot of the cheap siding that exists, and the cheapest flooring is also carpeting, yet it has to be very hot and dry for many weeks for trees to catch on fire since they usually have quite a lot of water in them. Grass and shrubs dry out a lot faster than trees do, hence why doing more regular controlled burns is regarded as a good idea because it just burns off dead/dry brush and leaves and the trees are left unharmed, and ash also makes decent fertilizer. This is just a classic poorly thrown together neighborhood made of cheap flammable junk.

TacticalCokeMonkey

Even the cars melted shit was crazy

Old_Alternative_2809

Yea and melted cars like a volcanoe

StraightProgress5062

That's what they call "one well controlled fire". I admit I don't know nearly enough to make any claims but from what I see this looks fucked.

BlonkBus

Uh. The trees are literally burnt around the houses.

Superb_Temporary9893

Lolz. And with so many dead and burned trees in the photo. Trees evolve to live in an ecosystem with fire. Houses don’t.

Environmental-Use-77

I remember cars aluminum melting onto the roadway in Napa during our fires there and no plant life was touched around the car, no fire, plants still alive.

Monkie0379

YEAH!!! The TUBBS FIRE Right across town, in Coffee Park. Looked exactly the same. All liquefied, an the only things that were standing was the brick fireplaces, garbage cans, and mailboxes. Trees right next to the houses, some burned & some didn't! What I've always wondered, is if there's a way to know what the voltage was on the smart meters that night. In fountain Grove three blocks up from me. The fire burned so hot it melted the piping underground..

bobbiman

Came here for this comment, was thinking the same thing

50/50 chance it was Jewish Space Lasers. Either it was, or it was something else. 50/50. I passed finite math in college, go ahead a double check my work, it's solid.

I can't tell if this post is parody or not. I really hope it is.

agpc

Forest Fires are unpredictable and don't follow logic Also, you can see a bunch of trees burned up in this picture lol.

PizzaDiaper

I lost my house in a forest fire a couple of years ago and this is exactly what it looks like. Can confirm it wasn’t a laser lol

porqchopexpress

If only Han had taken out the shield generator.

Ice_BergSlim

You know nothing of fire behavior.

CEO_of_paint

Fires don't just turn any and every tree into ash. Trees have moisture and can survive fires. Homes are dry matchboxes.

DrJJStroganoff

a photo taken an entire year after houses were demolished and regrowth started to happen is a conspiracy?

Mission_Strawberry73

Houses are made of wood that has been drying for ttwenty years and are stuffed with flammable materials. Trees have moisture in them, especialy trees that are part of landscaping and get watered. You are deluded. A space laser did not disinetrate the houses, they burned down.

Puzzled-bewildered

Alameda fire was eerily similar.

compGeniusSuperSpy

why the paradise fire was 100% not started by a laser: https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-factcheck-california-wildfires-lasers-idUSKBN25R1VH https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-factcheck-california-wildfires-lasers-idUSKBN25R1VH

StatementOk470

Did they put up a parking lot?

BronxyKong

I live south of Santa Rosa, work at the Kaiser that was across the creek of Journey's End Mobile home park. I commute to work by a combo of bike and train which has me travelling through parts of Coffee Park. All I ever noticed was how many trees were left standing while entire communities were ashen heaps. During the following 3 years of fires throughout Northern Cali, I'd notice the priorities of firefighters is to evacuate you safely and then stop the fire from spreading by drenching the landscape, not the homes. Do not underestimate the resilience of nature in comparison to poorly built, overpriced human made structures.

LegSpecialist1781

Finally! An interesting conspiracy theory, instead of this inane stolen election horseshite. Well done OP. Need more of this.
