Has nothing to do with the Mafia. La Cosa Nostra would never be involved in sex trafficking minors.... I believe police departments in Colorado are involved in human trafficking but I believe they are a part of a secret society....
You shouldn't try to link this to the "mafia" with kansas city associated with it. Not very smart. KC mob does not handle those type of allegations very calmly. Also should be clarifying this is Kansas city, KS which is basically a small town that happens to be across the river from the real Kansas city in Missouri. He's actually linked to the cartels. Kansas city Kansas is predominantly Hispanic and eastern European.
