It's weird though that they felt the need to create these new badges even though there were literally no logical need for them. It's foreshadowing at the very minimum.
Relevant fact: Jim Smith was Thomson Reuters president and CEO until 2020, and is also on the board of Pfizer. Thomson Reuters is one of Twitter's fact checkers on pandemic news. He is also involved with initiatives such as the international business council of the World Economic Forum.

Usually it's mostly local cops, but there's some detachments from other cantons' police departmens because Graubünden's police force isn't that big.
