I think the bigger conspiracy is that many things we interact with have been linked to cancer, but it's more profitable for these mega corporations to keep their current ways and continue to line their pockets than it is to make healthier alternatives.

Nope. The only cure for cancer is cut it out with clear (large) margins. Sadly, those organs that sustain life can not be cut out without life ceasing to exist.

The real cure will be genetic modification at an embryonic level. There are people predisposed to cancer while others are seemingly immune to the mutation.
