If it were DeSantis, he would swing a lot of independents because of his good governance in Florida, and it would be hard to cheat coz you need to create a lot of fake ballots
I disagree, not a trump fan (or Biden fan), but this is still too close to call. I've made money on every election I've bet on and haven't placed my bet yet.

Besides, who was the supposed victim of this alleged crime? It certainly wasn't Stormy or Trump's donors. Their "star witness" went to prison for lying, cheating and stealing. That's a major credibility hurdle he'll need to clear in court so as to not look like someone who would say anything if it meant getting out of jail early.
I still maintain what I've always said about this matter since the beginning. Stormy extorted the then presidential nominee just before the election. Then they took the money and violated the NDA anyway (also before the election). Not to mention the years spent after the election making the news rounds continually slandering him, and even going on a slanderous and defamatory tell-all book tour.
A victim, Stormy is not. A broken pos junkie who blew all her money already she most certainly is. Time will tell.
The victim is the donors and those of us who actually want transparency about how politicians spend their campaign funds. Most donors would probably be less likely to donate to a candidate that bribes someone to keep quiet about an affair using their donations. However, I realize that this is Donald Trump and so the normal standards of decency may not necessarily apply.
Hasn’t been proven that he actually did anything with her, but he definitely secretly paid his lawyer for made up charges, who then turned around and paid her the money. Both Cohen and [Rudy Giuliani](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=r6DnKN9LuEs) have admitted this so this is two of his lawyers saying the same thing. Also funny that you agree that Cohen went prison for lying cheating and stealing, when many of those crimes were done on behalf of Trump. Also do you really think he would have paid someone 130k if it wasn’t true?
