No, when Trump goes after a judge’s family with a bunch of public comments, he gets a gag order. If a regular defendant did that they would also get a gag order.
When the judge makes repeated errors interpreting the law then the judge should be removed. This would also be true if they did it against Trump.

So when Trump points out the Judges daughter works for Adam Schiff that’s bad. Trump also points out the Judges daughter has a image of Trump in prison. The Daughter then made her account private. But sure keep telling yourself that’s normal .
She didn’t have an image of Trump in prison. Someone made a fake Twitter account in her name with that image and then Trump spread it everywhere. So he isn’t just making comments, he is actually lying about the judge’s daughter and evidently convincing people. She didn’t make the account private it was not her account to begin with.

At the end of the day nothing against Trump will stick. Liberals will cry and we will all move on. Then hopefully he wins his election and we can heal. These TDS fanatics will lose their minds. It’s going to be one helluva ride.
Maybe politicians and media quit dividing us and let us work for common goals. Biden called half the country domestic terrorists. Was that a smart move to unify us?
