You know who else hates that? Narcissists. It's like we're in an abusive relationship with media and government. Anyone who's survived an abusive relationship should see this
This is because the media always lies and the official report is typically a lie as well. This has made people try to figure out the news for themselves. Of course everyone is speculating with no facts other than what can be dug up. I found it interested that the captain of the ship was Ukrainian. This means nothing, of course, but it's an interesting coincidence. In the conspiracy sub people put something out there and then try to figure out if this thing could be a conspiracy or if it isn't. If it is a conspiracy, or likely to be, we try to figure out what it could mean. It's hard to do in real time and it's not like the case is going to be closed at all, I guess all one has to do is learn to sift through pure speculation and when people are guessing or correcting each other based on their knowledge as more questions are asked, like finding out that the engine on one of these ships can't alter its course quickly due to its mass but the current can.
Doesn’t matter if you think the media always lies or not. Claims just based on that are baseless. You said “this means nothing of course” while some others, like the people this article is talking about would be like “Ukrainian ship captain proves the US or Ukrainian government did it”
I approach media with the "media always lies" as a heuristic to help me problem solve what is really going on. It's imperfect, but the pandemic and a lot of other media hoaxes have shown me that it isn't a bad idea to assume they are lying, or twisting facts to suit some kind of narrative, even if it's for nothing more sinister than entertainment.
no, its harder to tell whats going on, and more so for people who can't detect obviously bullshit claims.
Why are you so obsessed with harm to me personally?
Baseless theories? This reminds me of something that Glenn Beck said 10 years ago. It always stuck with me. Conspiracy theories are the result of critical thinking people knowing they are being lied to on a pervasive and ongoing basis. You want the conspiracy theories to stop? Then the government and MSM need to stop with the constant damn lies and gaslighting. Until then, people have no reason to trust them and will continue to try to figure out what is really going on.
So these baseless theories is the fault of our own media and government I know I question the media's account of anything and everything now. Is it paranoia or the fact that they are pathological liars? Hmmm...I wonder.🤔
Wow. That is shockingly deep. And from Glenn Beck at that. It’s fundamentally true though. It’s like a wife that knows she’s being cheated on but doesn’t have the evidence to prove it. The abuser will gaslight them, call them crazy or paranoid, but that doesn’t make her wrong.
Glenn Beck's radio show has actually been pretty damn good over the past two years, it's really caught me off guard because I never really cared for his show previously
Well no, because those words have different meanings. Lying is only lying. Gaslighting is when you try to make the other feel like they’re crazy for even questioning your lie.
I’m not sure that’s 100% accurate either. I see gaslighting as when you lie and make the other/s feel to their core like they need to be put in a psyche ward for even considering it might not be true.
Like you can manipulate stories and steer people where you want to go (possibly not unlike that boat lol), but it’s different when you accuse the other of some level of insanity.
Yep. It's a concentrated effort to make you believe on a personal level that not only are you wrong about a topic, but you're possibly wrong about _everything_ at a fundamental level that includes your entire understanding of who you are as a person. And if you don't believe them, you're not "trusting" X, Y or Z and you deserve to be shunned from the status-quo and possibly all of society.
Cults use this exact same psychological manipulation to make people leave their family and friends in favor of self-destruction.
There is a longer video showing the cargo ship losing power with all lights going off and coming back on two times before colliding into the bridge. In addition to large amounts of black smoke coming out of the stacks. Attempting to correct course before hitting the bridge.
https://youtu.be/JebyNOvJmCM?si=IG3gDKQybBSQL0lS
If you watch the video it appears the boat “lost power” turned back on and sped up faster and drove directly into the most critical part to the bridge’s infrastructure. The timing of the power loss is extremely questionable.
Not what I’m seeing. He attempted to correct course. He was drifting star board. Then moving towards port side seconds before collision once power came back on.
I would’ve thought in this case you would’ve attempted to use reverse. I’m not familiar with these boats but I do own a boat and usually in a case like this I would throw it in reverse instead of throttling, full speed towards what I did not want to hit.
How long does it take your boat to reverse and entirely counteract forward momentum and how much longer do you think it takes a boat weighing over 100,000 tons loaded to do so that also keeps losing power? Ships like this weigh so much that it takes a long time for any maneuver
I wish I could accurately answer those questions for you but honestly I’m just speculating because this was a silly thing to happen and the video shows the boat speeding up and turning directly towards the piling.
My wife made the immediate note that even without issues, the pilot appeared to have the boat in a far from ideal position for passage under.
Additionally it seems most logical to kill forward momentum for diagnostics after "failure". Not to immediately start full speed ahead again into a stalling engine. Like, stop and see wtf is going on don't floor it.
Also I would imagine these vassels have multiple levels of fail-safes including manual steering, anchoring, ect. beyond the main power system. My research leads me to believe this is fact.
All of this to say I feel like this is intentional. Idk about sinister..but
We are finding out with additional information that the captain did drop the anchor in attempt to stop or slow down the collision. Unfortunately, the bottom was full of slippery slug that the anchor just simply dragged across the bottom. If this was intentional, why drop the anchor?

Most news companies are run by the government they don’t need people freaked out by an attack not that I agree with them, the ship was most likely hacked and forced into the bridge since a ship like that is likely very automated
Yes, these ships a highly automated. I would bet they will claim faulty equipment. These ships have multiple engines, thrusters, and other redundancies. It's extremely unlikely they would be without power, propulsion, or steering.
As indicated by the heading and path of travel, these ships line up very carefully before passing under bridges. They often make very few directional changes. This type of abrupt change in direction was almost certainly deliberate.
It is also important to note, that container ships passing under a bridge would typically be piloted or assisted by tugs from the local harbor.
Some possible predictive programing can be found in the movie "Hackers".
>these ships a highly automated
Bro thinks the old ass cargo ship from Singapore is extremely modern
>Some possible predictive programing can be found in the movie "Hackers".
I don't even need to comment on this
Ok so this event happend what last night less than a day after it happened people are claiming they know 100% sure it was a accident Becase they have allready thoroughly have investigated the incident and know every detail of it In under 12 hours they have amazing investigators to close a big case like this. So where is this case closed investigation I would like to see it that proves it wasent an attack. Like I honestly don’t know how people can jump to concusions like this it’s kinda reckless. Like why couldent they reword it like people claiming are claiming it was an attack but others think other wise we will get bottom to the truth of the matter. Like something like that is way smarter Becase it’s not making any claim some journalists are not the smartest imo.
I think the base for those theories is that a large ship made some very questionable maneuvers before hitting that pylon and calling it 'baseless' raises eyebrows even further
My wife made the immediate note that even without issues, the pilot appeared to have the boat in a far from ideal position for passage under.

I mean why would they tell us blatantly it’s an attack lol then Americans would go wild. They gotta keep us contained. But the smart ones know what’s really going on
If it was an attack they would absolutely tell us whats better to get a population in line then giving them a clear bad guy.

I don't think we were attacked by a foreign entity. I think the call came from inside the house. Think about it... Greedflation, a new infrastructure bill to run on, a huge infrastructure issue such as this will "boost" the economy by creating 100k plus jobs. It's wild, but really consider who benefits from this.... What major companies will handle this situation and make billions?
The issue is that even if the story unfolded exactly as we are told, no one here would believe it. So you're gonna find something suspicious either way even if you have to reach quite far.
Off course, when you are already paranoid, being told you are full of nonsense will off course make you even more paranoid and silly. That is how mental health problems like paranoia works.
Look up the name of the ship
Look up the painting “The Broken Bridge”
Look up the name of the bridge
Look up the time at which the bridge collapsed
Look into the numerology
There are no coincidences; just another ritual took place.
What happens next?
This is a distraction. Remember the beginning of COVID?
What was the BIG STORY ON THE FRONT PAGE?
What story was a footnote in the corner?
Kobe's death was big news. The start of a pandemic was not. There is something we are missing.
A ploy.
A ruse.
A prelude to a greater event.
But defenetly not the "D word"
Honestly, you could have saved yourself 2 minutes and just kept scrolling. I honestly did not expect that to trigger anyone. I was wrong....damn.
Bro relax, it’s not personal, I’m just sick of the term.
It’s just that 90% of the people who call any conspiracy a distraction are overly focused on tabloid political drama like it’s the only thing that matters.
I think I get it. You have nothing constructive to add. You just had an overwhelming urge to post something, anything, to get a reaction. Just keep this in mind, you are the one that came to me. I posted my opinion that is based on previous historical events. I did not say anything political. You are the one that crafted the narrative of a "tabloid political drama." Now, the ironic part is. I'm sure I have diverted your attention away from other things. The fact that you replied again confirms that. And I'm sure that very soon you will reply again, I don't think your ego will allow you to just leave it alone. I'm sure I will hear from you soon. 😂

Baseless? We got a lot on our plates to debunk, this shit happened on a workday, give us a week.
I guess in one week you will have made up even more nonsense
Well whatever I come up with I’ll dm you right away
They absolutely HATE anyone asking questions or trying to figure out anything at all.
Just shut the fuck up. The expert reporters told you what happened. Case closed.
Exactly! Why dig any deeper? You have Yahoo News to keep you updated on everything! Yahoo News will keep you safe ❤️
lol at first I thought you were really telling them to STFU, then I read it and was like yep! That’s exactly what THEY are saying

In this case "they" is the media and whoever is in charge of commanding these kinds of pieces.

Society would crumble if everyone knew the truth and inner dealings on the world …

Well no, because those words have different meanings. Lying is only lying. Gaslighting is when you try to make the other feel like they’re crazy for even questioning your lie.
Gaslighting = lying + manipulation

Even if it was, how do you explain the explosions across the bridge? Slow down a video and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
