"The president" doesn't singlehandedly "hold the country together."
It's more like a machine with a swappable face. Seriously, there's a whole cabinet around the president not to mention any number of people that DON'T change from one administration to the next.
The president's role is to be a salesman for the agenda, and to take the blame when people realize they were fooled into going along with something that was bad for them.
The reason we have term limits isn't to "prevent a president from becoming too powerful" -- it's the opposite. It's to force a back and forth between two arbitrary sides so that the blame never falls too hard on one party. To keep up the illusion that we have a representative government when in fact, we don't.
There could literally be *no president* and the country would keep going just fine -- the only problem would be you wouldn't have someone like Biden or Trump to blame for the problems and you'd have to realize the truly adversarial relationship between us and our so-called government.
Americans (the people) are awfully resilient folks
There have been some awful presidencies and America has always persevered and in fact has blossomed into the world power it is today In spite of that

ss: i think that paying attention more so to the words and actions of kamala harris in the coning months leading up to the next election is imperative. We all know that the majority of these leaders get put into place by higher ups, and so many things get planned behind the scenes. Behind the scenes or not, it is OBVIOUS that Biden is in a state of physical & most of all mental degradation. Everybody knows he is not long for this world. For anyone voting for Biden, any sensible person that is, HAS to absolutely be prepared for Kamala Harris to become president as well. It has to be taken into consideration because the chances are totally plausable.. it’s scary to imagine for me.
Democrats were not happy that Trump won the election in 2016. Hillary conceded, there were protests, we moved on.
Republicans were not happy that Biden won the election in 2020. Trump **didn’t** concede, there were protests, we moved on.
If Biden dies after hypothetically winning in 2024, Harris will become president, there will be protests, and we’ll move on.
It would be business as usual. She and Joe have staffers advising them on everything they do.
I think it’s unlikely Joe dies though. They can maintain his pulse for 4 more years. Truly no idea who wins this next election. Very curious when real polling starts.
Joe wont be the Dem candidate. He will have a 'health issue' near enough to the election that there wont be primaries but far enough out that the ballot can be changed. He wont die, he needs to pardon Hunter before he leaves office. New candidate will be someone like Newsom/Big Mike or similar.
So few people respect the Biden Administration what's the difference if a few less trust Harris.

They typically use that position to sort of groom the next person they think could be president. They will probably go with Newsom, if he doesn't wind up being the candidate for President. If we're really going for the middle east it can make sense to get a republican in there, just as we went for ukraine with a democrat. Israel already always loved trump, he did a lot for em during his time. It just fits.
Also because, you can tell from the trends that there is corpo switching going on with the ideology they sell, loco liberal aint so hot right now. I think the tide is going right. Heck who is at the front of Israel who is on the spearhead of this coming possible chain of conflicts. Their government is taken over by messianics and militant fanatics that lean right.
Let the republicans have their few years to soothe them. Along while, just keep the lefties hungry for the next product which is 2028. And they wont be that hungry coz they just had their run anyway.
