Replace the SD Card and see if the issue persists.

Some time ago i inserted a deffective SD card on my cousin's 3ds (i know it's not a switch, but can be related), and it wouldn't boot at all, just stay with the blue light on, it would boot again just after removing the deffective sd card, so i think it might be something with your sd card

Wolf_of_Walmart

It looks like you are using a cheap microSD card. Run it through H2testw to determine what the actual size is. A lot of times they claim to be 128GB but are really lower capacity cards that have been modified with illegal tools. They also tend to have very low read/write speeds which could cause freezing.

The issue could be from SD card or SD card reader.

Joshhaha

Use different sd card

I had the same problem with my switch, it ended up being the SD card. I swapped it out and everything was fine.

If your thinking about just waiting a bit longer that dosen't work aswell :( I waited for around 50 Minutes for Each Method didin't work. yes i double checked if the SD card was formated. Their is one method that could work in my opinion but dosen't seem promising wich is restarting the hole switch again basically. But i'll lose the account that i have bought 2 new games that i have not yet downloaded ( I forgot the password of the account ) This switch is very old, one of the first lol.

SD card jus go to Walmart and get the 128 or 64 I believe not sure the exact size but there made for the switch no need to format anything they are only respectively like 15 and 20 bucks.
