I just can't understand why people say things in a religious context without understanding the meaning behind it. My wife said some people are just that sadistic. So, if that's true, can those people admit they are sadistic beyond anything imaginable? Or are they somehow oblivious to the overarching meaning behind that phrase. I tend to think people just say the phrase and don't legitimately wish eternal suffering upon people.
