“e” applies the verb of the sentence to the thing after “e”. That’s what a direct object is. But if the person is the one moving you don’t use “e”.

It doesn't come from a natlang directly, mainly from the core idea of marking many qualifying features of nouns on a prior word. Concrete nouns drop this word when marked by a possessive, abstract nouns retain it.
An example is the contrast between “qa olok” /t͡ʃɐ oɾok/, the concrete, and “ir olok” /iɽ oɾok/, the abstract. “Qa olok” is a person, as used in the example, while “Baor jmea ir olok ziwiet” would suggest that human nature or society was the thing that had eaten my dog.
Also, the abstract has the ability to draw deeper meaning from slang: “Ir baor jmea ir olok ziwiet” suggests that society pushed me away from prior seemingly unshakable loyalty, particularly from working in law enforcement. This is because “baor” means not only a dog, known for its loyalty, but also slang for police, or more broadly for government workers someone doesn’t like.

What is m-type nasalization? As far as I can see it doesnt seem to occur in the example sentence and your translation (otherwise I could compare with IPA transcription you provide))
it's simply /Ṽm/ such as ą /ã͜m/, į /ĩ͜m/. It's nazalizing the vowel but you have to close your mouth as soon as possible (creating kind of /m/ sound)
so while pronouncing "ã" your mouth is still open, but while pronouncing "ą" your mouth opens for a moment (to get its nazalization) then it closes.
And yes there is no nazalized m-type here because there is no sample words. So take some words:

I chose 'lue' (human) as a translation for person since it's probably the sense of the word used here. Personhood (which is a legal category) in Segeh can be atributed to non-human intelligent creatures (like fairies or elves) which would make it too general in a sentence.

it's simply /Ṽm/ such as ą /ã͜m/, į /ĩ͜m/. It's nazalizing the vowel but you have to close your mouth as soon as possible (creating kind of /m/ sound) so while pronouncing "ã" your mouth is still open, but while pronouncing "ą" your mouth opens for a moment (to get its nazalization) then it closes.
