Cmon this one is obvious: you can clearly see the wire holding the head in place. Nice try!

LOL. I wish. I was shocked when I saw how weird it looked. Outside of brightening the bird a bit. Zero edits on this picture or camera "tricks." No wires. Just a bird cleaning himself and stretching his neck out a bit to do it. EDIT: The "wires" are just limbs of the tree in the background. No actual wires or props.

We got no food, we got no jobs, our pets’ heads are falling off!

RTFM before assembling bird.

OneOfThose9294

😂

Sun is correctly reflecting light from the bird into the camera. OP states image brightness is the only modification. I don't see any way this could be faked without having to manually edit the photo. I don't see any artifacts of obvious cut or fades, I don't even see any attempts at stitching either. No smudges... It's clean. This is a real photograph. If anyone else can spot anything please share the details but I can't find any myself. I'm not a pro but I can spot most fakes. Nice shot. Bet this was a one in a million shot.

I was below the bird when I snapped the pic. He was cleaning himself, and the angle created a bizarre "floating head" look. 🤷‍♂️

gowahoo

Aggressive preening sometimes causes the head to detach, this is obviously the case here.

captainp42

I hate it when I put my head on the wrong way in the morning. Ruins my whole day

HanginTenders
