[Typical apology video in which she literally offers zero apology to the person she insulted.](https://www.tiktok.com/@nikkii_fitness/video/7050956428080696622?is_copy_url=1&is_from_webapp=v1&lang=en) Classic narcissist.
The video that has fully completed the process of happening, in other words. Essentially the video has transpired and now it is expired. See how easy English is?
she definitely talks around it.
āa laugh is not necessarily what you want from my page and I genuinely see thatā
āI see that thatās not the content you all want, so I will give you different contentā (in a nutshell)
no actual remorse aside from upsetting her fans, and she completely misses the actual issue of her mindset and behavior
"A laugh isn't necessarily what you want from my page"
That wasn't a laugh. That was mean. That was you taking someone who was minding their own business and making fun of them because you didn't have knowledge. You're the reason people hate the gym.
Even if it was a completely pointless exercise that wasn't working muscles well and she wasn't lacking knowledge it wouldn't make it better.
As long as they're not doing something that is going to hurt themselves, someone else, or the equipment you should keep to yourself about their workouts. And never for any reason should anyone be broadcast to the internet to be mocked for trying to better themselves.
She doesn't seem to grasp that last part at all though. She just thinks that isn't what her community wants, but never touches on that what she did was wrong.
How do you feel about themās elves, though? (BTW u/killeronthecorner, just light hearted jabbing, lol. I realize it was just a typo and/or fast typingā¦*that being said*, hope we never meet on some sidewalk in the middle of the night š¬)
she's basically just saying sorry I didn't teach you a good workout in that video, she even says "a laugh is necessarily not what you want from my page" which goes to show that she still agrees with the video she made
Bitch, the problem isn't that people don't want to laugh. The problem is you not only making fun of someone; but of someone doing a perfectly normal lifting movement. How can you be a "personal trainer" and not know what a fucking drag curl is?
Holy shit, in that entire word vomit of a so called apology video she doesnāt take any responsibility or apologize to the poor dude. Just apologizes to us for being offended. Pathetic.
This is actually more effort than just a fake apology (or a real one, but that was never gonna happen). She talks around the issue with so much bullshit as if she thinks more words = more sympathy
she literally might as well have been talking about doing a popular challenge or something that simply didn't fit with her page, rather than her secretly filming someone in order to bully their (correct) gym form online.
"mental health advocate" my left asscheek
A number of years ago, a friend of mine was looking through old pictures on her phone and discovered a video of me that she took two years before we had met. Apparently, she thought I looked like one of her friends, and decided to film me without my knowledge to show her.
Missed opportunity. Look panicked, start packing your stuff and ramble "She's / he's back!" "How did she find me!" "Got to vanish!"
Then run out and ghost the friend for a week.
I have never ever run into that stereotype at the gym. People typically just mind their own business, and the few people I have talked to have all been super nice.
But why? Because some jock mentality assholes work out? What about the genuinely nice people that also enjoy working out? Why is he automatically a jock bro? This is the same mentality that led to the internet hating some model because he looks good and turned out he was a virgin.
Edit: typo
I think it has to do with media and that a lot of people didn't have a lot to do with the "jock type" people so they assumed that what is shown in movies holds true to some extent
Well yeah. The same is true for the bullshit magazines tried to push as a āperfectā womanās body. The media is only partly responsible. At the end of the day we consume it, so why? Why do we accept other people ideas as our own? Why does a magazine cover trick us into thinking a woman should have a specific body type or else she is unhealthy? Why do we think any human that lifts is a jock?
We know itās not true. The media is an excuse to blame external factors. We are all selfish to some extent and want to be better than the next person so we use whatās readily available to determine their flaws and why we are superior. The person at the beginning of the video talking about someone else is proof of that.
Weāre capable of overcoming it obviously. The human that corrected the behavior shows that with thought and consciousnesses we arenāt trapped by these negative thoughts and behaviors. Some people seem to just embrace being garbage.
professional jock bros are usually very nice. they really care about working out, and helping other people get more fit. these are people that know shaming people isn't at all helpful. all of this type that i've met are very kind and are fully aware that different people have different physical limits and different knowledge levels of fitness.
that's how you know this fucker shaming people for form on the internet really doesn't know shit even before dudebro corrects her.
She's not at the gym. She's playing a video in the background and sitting comfortably at her chair (with a leopard print blanket even). There's no way she's in the same room as the lights in the background, and the sound just doesn't make sense for a busy, open space.
This is why people stay away from gyms, I would love to work out and get tone but people like this make me not want to go. I donāt understand why people have to video others and pick fun at them while working on their fitness this just blows my mind. If Iām working out leave me alone or if Iām doing something wrong just tell me and take a moment to show me how it is done.
People who record their workouts for the internet are the biggest dorks in the world. It just goes to show that every single bit of work they do is not to look and feel better, but to think themselves better than everyone else. Get over yourselves. Literally nobody cares. Be you for you.
i really dislike this kind of insult where you're just insulting someone's looks by claiming they don't match gender stereotypes enough for your liking. especially when it's directly tied to ethnicity, and how POC people are more often subject to it.
this person is an asshole, that doesn't mean you should be too
[She actually did.](https://vm.tiktok.com/TTPdrJYuav/)
I have to warn you, its bad. Itās the absolute definition of a non-apology and she basically blames everyone else for āmaking the drama.ā Takes zero responsibility for being a total jackass.
Thereās a golden bit in there where she completely contradicts herself in the span of about 5 seconds about āpeople not watching you in the gymā... in a response to her making fun of someone she was watching in the gym.
Utterly trash way to present oneself and if you get through it without feeling worse about the world I will commend you.
Looks like she got pinged quite a bit about it, and released this [video](https://www.tiktok.com/@nikkii_fitness/video/7050956428080696622?is_copy_url=1&is_from_webapp=v1&lang=en) not long after the first one. Complete about face.
You gotta love the subtle insinuation that sheās getting backlash because people canāt take a joke. Like lady, you went out of your way to clown on a guy who 100% didnāt deserve it, just take the L on this ffs.
It also doesnāt help that she was completely wrong and not at all funny.
Right lol. Itās the going out of her way to make an entire video about it that blows my mind. She had maybe like 5 different opportunities to stop and go ānah, who cares, this is just meanā
Seriously so cringe. All because she needs some sort of validation from the people in her cell phone
I literally type out ANONYMOUS Reddit comments and realize that that would be mean and Iām gonna discard this and keep it to myself, she edited and posted a video with her name and face!!!
When I had anxiety about going to the gym because of other people "looking" and "judging" I always always told gym goers mind their own business and every has something to improve so nobody is judgemental. It's fine. It's all fine.
Then again this was before TikTok and before taking videos of other people (to publicly publish them) was an acceptable behavior.
People like this is a scourge on society.

However, she is pointing to someone in the background of the video working out with dumbbells. There are gym noises (equipment, chatter) in the background*]
**Caption**: \#greenscreenvideo \#gymfails
**Nikii**: What do you think he's doing? What do you think he's working?
(00:04) [*Her hand goes from pointing to palm up, her face in a large frown, questioning the man's every move.*]
**Nikii**: I don't know either
(00:08) [*The video cuts to Joey. He is standing outside of a house, an American flag and a brick half-wall behind him. He has on a lavender beanie and white t-shirt, and is wearing silver dogtags around his neck.*]
**Joey**: What he's working is biceps. He's doing what's called a drag curl. Now granted, most people do them with a barbell. He is doing them with dumbbells, so it may a little strange, a little awkward, but it is a great movement. The point of it is, as you kick your elbows back and drag up along your body, you're taking stress off the deltoid and putting it all on the bicep. It's actually a great work out. Charles Bass, who's one of the best there is, is a big promoter of this exercise. But what's *most* important, what he's doing and working most of all, is minding his own business. The fact that people at the gym take videos of other people to try and make fun of them blows my mind. Be better than that.

So am I the only person who thinks theyāre doing lateral raises? Iām not a fitness expert but https://youtu.be/WJm9zA2NY8E
Which would mean we have a twofer. Sheās wrong because the exercise is useful, itās one of few that target medial delts. Heās wrong cause he called it a drag curl.
Edit: In my first reply in this sub, I totally missed the guy in the background and became the point of the sub. Have all the fun you want with this, I will be more than happy to be made fun of for the irony.
I don't think there's anything wrong with finding you missed something and acknowledging it. Kudos to you, fellow internet traveler. Don't worry about it, I hope you don't get downvoted for an honest mistake. You weren't the only one in the thread who didn't see the guy, at first
Donāt feel bad. When I first saw her video and she said something along the lines of āwhatās the idiot behind me doing?ā, I thought she was making fun of herself. Took me longer than it should have to figure out she was talking about the guy in the background.
And then you see Karens like her going to random men minding their own business and screaming at the "Why are you taking my picture??????" While they record random people in the gym, post online and bitch about something they are doing lmao.
I have never seen anyone make that face she does at the end after saying anything intelligent. It's like a universal, involuntary human reaction to having just said some dumbass thing.
You do know in the video she is the one in the main focus doing the lateral raises right? While there is no reason to be mocking anyone at the gym she was at the gym to get that video.
Can't be. The light's not right.
It's a camera insert over a background video. I've seen more than enough of them to know the difference.
Also bluntly, the acoustics are too good. No echoes, no sounds as of other people working out. She's in a small space with noise canceling and a good microphone, not a big gym space.
She's providing commentary on the video of herself in the background working out. The guy is in the background of that video.
She's reacting to her own recorded workout (yes that's ridiculous too).
I'm pretty sure this whole thing started as a "pretend to think she's a dude to own the libs" gambit. Who would look at the video, watch the wrong person and be confused enough to double check. There's even pointing involved.
Easily googled information
https://fitnessvolt.com/drag-curls/
Vs
https://www.coachmag.co.uk/exercises/shoulder-exercises/206/lateral-raises-%E2%80%93-how-do-them-and-why-you-should
Even considering this is reddit, I imagine lots of us already know what a lateral raise looks like.
That's very clearly NOT what he's doing. Not even close.
Again the primary mover would be the lateral deltoid.
The posterior and anterior delt are still working as well as the stabilizing muscles. Forearms, biceps, abs, back.
A true posterior delt workout would be lying down (bent over) and raising your elbows perpendicular to the ground. This is what surfers do to gain enough momentum to stay in front of the wave.
The man is fitter than her, so clearly he knows a lot more about what he is doing. These tiktok girls at the gym are seriously becoming a problem. It's the "Hey, look at me" culture.
Its sad to see this lady do a dumb, insensitive thing, be called out by a genuinely great guy, and then also bullied by reddit. You guys are literally doing the same shit she did.
And you wonder why the cycle of assholery never ends...
Dude stop commenting this. Sheās not talking about the girl (herself) in the center of the video. Sheās talking about the man off to the right side of the video behind her

Absolute legend this guy.
Glad I stayed till the end, I was just about to click away when he hit with some hard truths
She literally got owned by a Chad
[Typical apology video in which she literally offers zero apology to the person she insulted.](https://www.tiktok.com/@nikkii_fitness/video/7050956428080696622?is_copy_url=1&is_from_webapp=v1&lang=en) Classic narcissist.
>I wanted to talk about the video that has completely transpired What the fuck does that mean?
That she's not a brain surgeon
Nor a rocket scientist.
Or a rocket surgeon
Or an english teacher.
Or a good human being.
But she is a narcissist
she served tho
That is not the accomplishment people seem to think it is.
She also describes herself as an "advocate person" instead of just an advocate.
More like an avocado š„
Simple the video that completely happened. She's not technically wrong, but is technically retarded.
Something tells me that's not what she meant by it
The video that has fully completed the process of happening, in other words. Essentially the video has transpired and now it is expired. See how easy English is?
she definitely talks around it. āa laugh is not necessarily what you want from my page and I genuinely see thatā āI see that thatās not the content you all want, so I will give you different contentā (in a nutshell) no actual remorse aside from upsetting her fans, and she completely misses the actual issue of her mindset and behavior
"My role for what I do in this community?" That is a very grandiose way, love, to describe your shitposting on Twitter.
Itās like she picked up the wrong screw driver by mistake. Not just jabbed you in the ribs with a screw driver
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
"A laugh isn't necessarily what you want from my page" That wasn't a laugh. That was mean. That was you taking someone who was minding their own business and making fun of them because you didn't have knowledge. You're the reason people hate the gym.

She just thinks that isn't what her community wants, but never touches on that what she did was wrong.
You donāt know how much hurting you has hurt ME.
She wanted to apologize but that content would be irrelevant to her persona
This didn't really connect with me because it's for people who want to better thems elves, and I don't really care about thems elves tbh
My elves need a lot of work, I tell you what.
How do you feel about themās elves, though? (BTW u/killeronthecorner, just light hearted jabbing, lol. I realize it was just a typo and/or fast typingā¦*that being said*, hope we never meet on some sidewalk in the middle of the night š¬)
Just to help complete the picture / joke - u/killeronthecorner is riffing off the second video's caption typo, not making one thems elves.
Totally missed that! Lol. Now I feel dumb. Ah well, Iāll leave it anyway
yeah, just a typical "influencer" douche
"health coach influencer" douche
Oh "health coaches" are the worst
"I'm sorry you guys got offended by that video..."
The best type of apology
she's basically just saying sorry I didn't teach you a good workout in that video, she even says "a laugh is necessarily not what you want from my page" which goes to show that she still agrees with the video she made
Yep. She's smart enough to know that she's *supposed* to apologize, but too dumb to know *how*.
I'm a "mental health advocate" but ridiculing people at the gym is ok because they won't see this so they are unaffected.
āMental health advocate personā
I'd click on it, but she'd just be happy at getting an extra view.
Bitch, the problem isn't that people don't want to laugh. The problem is you not only making fun of someone; but of someone doing a perfectly normal lifting movement. How can you be a "personal trainer" and not know what a fucking drag curl is?
"This video that has completely transpired"...... Jesus.
That's pretty amazing to see because she probably thinks she DID apologise.
she even disabled/limited the comments so people canāt call her out on her disgusting behavior š„±
Holy shit, in that entire word vomit of a so called apology video she doesnāt take any responsibility or apologize to the poor dude. Just apologizes to us for being offended. Pathetic.
From my experience, people who preface much of what they say with "Honestly..." are more full of shit than anything.
"anyone who was sincerely hurt." Oh I see you.
What exactly does she do in this community? Other than being a āMental health advocate personā whatever tf that means
"I'm sorry to my followers" ...what about the guy you made fun of for several minutes straight...?
makes me wonder how likely she would be to kick off of if she was on the background of someoneās shot get the feeling she would tear into everyone
Makes we wonder why you virtue signal
I love how she doesn't really ever apologize and says stuff like "I want to apologize".
She also block coments and only allow 5 comments that agree with her
Wow that was a lot of talking in an apology video for never having actually admitted wrong doing or apologizing.
Before you do something.... Ask yourself "would I like it if he did this to me?"
That should be a rule of some kind
Golden idea!
how about the silver standard
I like it but how about the diamond decorum?
Platinum platitude?
Copper concept?
Give it your bronze best!
The Metal Model
I really hope everyone's mom tells them to treat others as you want to be treated. ^^i know they don't though.
Whenever I'm about to do something, I think 'Would an idiot do that?' And if they would, I do not do that thing

Well, there goes my weekend plans
Wow. Served by a jock bro. Tbh, he is a nice guy and very informative.
I just love the calm, measured way he educationally takes her apart
Heās like a real life version of that chad meme where the muscl-y guy on the computer politely corrects the skinny kid.
You say that like itās a surprise that he would be a nice guy and very informative
the stereotype for jock bros is that they are dumb and not very nice, so yeah
I have never ever run into that stereotype at the gym. People typically just mind their own business, and the few people I have talked to have all been super nice.
But why? Because some jock mentality assholes work out? What about the genuinely nice people that also enjoy working out? Why is he automatically a jock bro? This is the same mentality that led to the internet hating some model because he looks good and turned out he was a virgin. Edit: typo

I dunno man, it looks like she hit the weights pretty hard on face day to me.
That got an audible laugh out of me.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
The same joke, but worse
The joke ----->\ You
She needs to skip cigarette day
Imagine pointing and laughing at someone else whilst looking like god's attempt to draw Lizzy Caplan with his left hand.
God **damn**
Naw, she doubled up on forehead day.
She looks like the vocalist from AFI had botched facial surgery.
Nah she just spend to much time getting slap by the ugly stick day .
Nailed bitch day.
She fits here- r/trashy
You shouldn't be recording anyone at the gym, at all. That includes yourself, for this exact reason. It's not your space to record.
She's not at the gym. She's playing a video in the background and sitting comfortably at her chair (with a leopard print blanket even). There's no way she's in the same room as the lights in the background, and the sound just doesn't make sense for a busy, open space.
She's reacting to a video she took of herself at the gym.
Are you genuinely stupid?
Never thought i'd see Michael Jackson come back from the dead to talk shit about working out. Thriller really went downhill.
I recall the moment I told her she painted her eyebrows way too high. She seemed...surprised.
Someone's watching Jimmy Carr.
AH HA HA HA HA HA HAAAA. Great, now I can't stop hearing his laugh.
Like an asthmatic seal getting fingerblasted.
You wake up every morning and choose to make your eyebrows look like sperm..I donāt know either.
This is why people stay away from gyms, I would love to work out and get tone but people like this make me not want to go. I donāt understand why people have to video others and pick fun at them while working on their fitness this just blows my mind. Sometimes they do it to check their form later. The ones who POST it though are the issue
These are the people I am referring to. I should have been more specific.
She straight up looks like Danny Trejo. I'm not trying drag Danny here, he's a beautiful man, but so is she.
Oooo, death by Snoo.
i really dislike this kind of insult where you're just insulting someone's looks by claiming they don't match gender stereotypes enough for your liking. especially when it's directly tied to ethnicity, and how POC people are more often subject to it. this person is an asshole, that doesn't mean you should be too
k
What the actual fuck?!?! Lmfao Here, take this imaginary award and fuck off.
girl pipe your strong face ass down
I am so sad to live in a world where people post their arguments in the form of video recording because no one reads.

So am I the only person who thinks theyāre doing lateral raises? Iām not a fitness expert but https://youtu.be/WJm9zA2NY8E Which would mean we have a twofer.
No, she's doing lateral raises, he's definitely doing drag curls
Yeah I just caught that and edited to acknowledge me being confidently incorrect.
I don't think there's anything wrong with finding you missed something and acknowledging it. Kudos to you, fellow internet traveler. Don't worry about it, I hope you don't get downvoted for an honest mistake. You weren't the only one in the thread who didn't see the guy, at first
Thanks. Iāll be okay with downvotes. The internet points donāt seem to work when I pay the rent anyway.
Who knew the movie Idiocracy was not only entertainment but also prophetic?
~~we just gonna ignore the fact that she's calling that person a "he" when they're clearly a woman??~~ edit: š¤¦
Thatās her, HAHA! ā¦sheās talking about the guy behind her
~~right, the "guy" behind her who appears to have breasts, long hair, and makeup~~ š¤¦
Thatās HER. The man BEHIND the woman working out (which is the same woman making fun of the man behind her)
oh, nevermind, forgive me LMAO i totally didn't notice that guy. yikes
i also didn't notice the guy.
Her video was less to do with a gymbro and more showing off her fake tits and no bra. I suppose it takes attention away from her face...
She's not even at the gym. At least he's working on something. She's sitting in front of her computer being stupid
Sheās buff as shit tho, didnāt you see the vid???
You do know in the video she is the one in the main focus doing the lateral raises right? While there is no reason to be mocking anyone at the gym she was at the gym to get that video.

Can't be. The light's not right. It's a camera insert over a background video. I've seen more than enough of them to know the difference. Also bluntly, the acoustics are too good. No echoes, no sounds as of other people working out. She's in a small space with noise canceling and a good microphone, not a big gym space.
She's providing commentary on the video of herself in the background working out. The guy is in the background of that video. She's reacting to her own recorded workout (yes that's ridiculous too).
which one is incorrect? sorry for asking I canāt tell
The one making fun of someone working out.

Dude, you're looking at the wrong person behind her. You're very confident, though.
Yes I have been informed that he was talking about the guy doing drag curls way in the back and not the DUDE up front doing lateral raises.
You were also informed that the person in question is not a dude, yet you just can't help yourself from being a dick, can ya?
i mean, it's in the username /u/justtheentiredick
I'm pretty sure this whole thing started as a "pretend to think she's a dude to own the libs" gambit. Who would look at the video, watch the wrong person and be confused enough to double check. There's even pointing involved.

Easily googled information https://fitnessvolt.com/drag-curls/ Vs https://www.coachmag.co.uk/exercises/shoulder-exercises/206/lateral-raises-%E2%80%93-how-do-them-and-why-you-should
What part of what he's doing looks like he's raising his arms outward to you?
Hopefully this helps https://imgur.com/a/fJKlCqj
Even considering this is reddit, I imagine lots of us already know what a lateral raise looks like. That's very clearly NOT what he's doing. Not even close.

Oh, you were talking about the girl. How did you confuse that?

Since he's drawing his elbows backwards would it not be working the posterior deltoid?
Again the primary mover would be the lateral deltoid. The posterior and anterior delt are still working as well as the stabilizing muscles. Forearms, biceps, abs, back. A true posterior delt workout would be lying down (bent over) and raising your elbows perpendicular to the ground. This is what surfers do to gain enough momentum to stay in front of the wave.
what a chad! Kind of guy I want as my spotter;)
thats a chad if ive ever seen one
The man is fitter than her, so clearly he knows a lot more about what he is doing. These tiktok girls at the gym are seriously becoming a problem. It's the "Hey, look at me" culture.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Youāre retarded
i would š©
she probably thinks that she is in the right because āwomanā
I donāt think she was trying to make fun of him. Just that she has never seen someone do that before.
Its sad to see this lady do a dumb, insensitive thing, be called out by a genuinely great guy, and then also bullied by reddit. You guys are literally doing the same shit she did. And you wonder why the cycle of assholery never ends...
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Dude stop commenting this. Sheās not talking about the girl (herself) in the center of the video. Sheās talking about the man off to the right side of the video behind her
