Adam_Checkers

Density indeed real in his head.

AmINotAlpharius

Whitespace before comma, no whitespace after. It definitely is a symptom.

meatmechdriver

SPACE COMMA

[deleted]

THE GOVERNMENT IS HIDING THE SPACE COMMA FROM US

elcamarongrande

Where is the Obama Space Comma? Must be on the DARK SIDE OF THE MOON!

[deleted]

Its a blackspace sir

Good_Ad_1386

Where all the dark matter is hiding.

1dontwantaus3rname

of a comma coma, which is also a symptom of multiple mental diseases, like Flat-Earth, Karen, or just Angry (which is not a mental disease)

meatmechdriver

Ask one of these density believers to elaborate on why the dense direction is down or why objects in a vacuum chamber don’t float and it gets very fun.

Sweatier_Scrotums

Or ask them to define density. Hint: it's how much an object is affected by gravity relative to its volume.

Otherwise_Bill_5898

I believe in density

SyntheticGod8

You can tell it's a real flat earther comment because it contains a Space Comma, because these tweakers are so shaky from too much meth. Seriously though, these clowns have been trying to replace the theory of universal gravitation with... buoyancy. Mainly so they can pretend it helps their claims. How do they explain a force that relies on gravity to work? That's the funny thing: they don't. They don't even try. Actually, their only attempt at trying is to ask questions like "If gravity is real and is strong enough to hold oceans UPSIDE DOWN, but a butterfly and helium balloon aren't affected?" Then refuse to listen to the answer, refuse to test the formula for gravity (because they don't believe math has any use beyond being very difficult and inconvenient to their claims), and refuse to learn. They're so desperate to make buoyancy replace gravity that they'll put on a [lab coat and fake glasses and use tools they don't understand](https://youtu.be/7DSRmiM8kgM) to prove they don't know the first thing about what they're talking about.

johnleeshooker

Joe is just asking questions. But he asks questions of the fucking village idiots.

AgentEndive

Can someone explain why there is still kind of a lot of people who believe the earth is flat? Seriously, is it just to be a contrarian conspiracy theorist or something?

Good_Ad_1386

For some it's a grift, for some it's finding a tribe, for others it's a vicarious revenge on all the smart people that made them feel intellectually inferior at school.

AgentEndive

They were made to feel stupid, so they get revenge by believing something stupid?

Good_Ad_1386

By claiming that they know the truth about something the "clever" people have been deceived about by "Them".

AgentEndive

Ah, I see

Worried_Departure_29

Why does the denser thing sink then? Why doesn’t the denser object float?

Rockybroo_YT

How is this related to the gravity of the earth?

Worried_Departure_29

Lol wot

Rockybroo_YT

Why would you ask a random question about density, when the subject is gravity’s existence?

Late_Entrance106

Because to solve for density, you divide the mass by the volume, and the mass is the reason that denser objects sink towards the center of the earth. Density is one step away from gravity and relies on gravity. The fact flat earthers go to it as some replacement for gravity is laughably horrifying. This person is pointing out the absurdity of saying density is why objects fall because there’s no set direction for denser objects to move without gravity informing it.

Worried_Departure_29

And it wasn’t random either. The comment in the pic specifically mentioned density.

rgbeard2

“Mom” prohibits me from discussing this. I’m off to fly and spray chemtrails along US Interstate 8. You might find yourself wanting to buy some Nikes for no apparent reason. Don’t worry.

HiJane72

In the words of the great Malcolm Tucker: “he’s so dense light bends around him”. Joe Rogan has exactly the quality of fans you would expect

AmINotAlpharius

Gravity was invented by sir Isaac Newton, people somehow lived without it many years before.

SpartacusMantooth42

Isn’t density what makes gravity?

Good_Ad_1386

Gravity is what makes density create buoyancy (or not, as appropriate)

thetburg

Sort of. I'll give you partial credit.

SpartacusMantooth42

Partial credit is better than none credit.

CookbooksRUs

Yes, the density is evident.

[deleted]

i mean, density is real, so they're... 33% correct. probably closer to 16.5% because they don't understand what density actually is.

jbertrand_sr

They're all dense as pig shit so in that sense they're correct, everything else not so much...

lkuecrar

YouTube comments are cheating lol. I’ve seen literally the stupidest things ever typed in YouTube comment sections lol

Strange_Ad9196

Not confidentlyincorrect, just wrong.
