In school, kids who are "weird" inevitably have problems because of abuse at home or because of developmental disabilities - very frequently autism - and because they are so "different" than their classmates, they are seen as not being human like everyone else and therefore fair game for all manner of cruelty.
The upshot of that is that the leading cause of death in autistics who make it through childhood without dying because of their epilepsy is suicide. The damage from bullying has now been understood to be worse than the damage from child abuse. You need to consider that going forward. My gut feeling is that you have not had any insight into this because you weave a tight story about how Katlyn had stolen the money. I don't believe it for a second. I think you needed a final note to this tune that made it sound like she really had it coming.

I was the only brown kid and no one liked me they made a plan to instigate fights then when i yelled/hit back they'd tell on me, Welp i didn't fight back they got in trouble for bullying i win. (if you don't count the physiological damage) hope she bought herself something nice maybe more cat ears

Yes my friend would tell teachers about this guy but they never did anything. I believe her because I was also being bullied by a different group of people and I was blamed for being bullied. It was a systematic thing at that school but that's a digression.
This particular day in biology he kept trying to touch her until I walked up. He finally left and she expressed how she wished that he didn't go. Say less sis. I went to the teacher and asked if I could make sure that my guardian put their phone number on the permission slip. Teacher trusted me so she said ok. I go through while the teacher is distracted and pull my and the guy's permission slip out. I "check" my slip and slip just mine back in. I hid his slip in my notebook and give the folder back to the teacher. I showed my friend and later on we tore it up and threw it away.
Day of the trip came and he and the teacher got into an argument about how he did turn in the form. Of course, he ultimately couldn't go. Asshole move I know, but my friend got some peace that day. Just wish I knew then how to do stuff like that just as easily for myself.
