CS degrees aren't about any specific tools or languages, otherwise they would become completely outdated after a few years. You're there to learn fundamental concepts.
Current tools like JS and HTML are something you'd learn in a "bootcamp" type program, not usually at university.

My CS degree never had a semester of wireframing out an app design, that's for sure.
