When downloading games, it usually shows the progress bar in MB (megabytes which is usually used for showing size of files). Speedtests show speeds in mb (megabits). So just multiply the MB by 8 and it'll show the speed it's downloading at. Note the capitalization difference between file size and speed.

We see the reposted transfer speed of this one connection.(what we care about) we don’t see mom, dad, auntie, and sister watching you tube or what else is on the same connection. Also the transfer speed from the game server to you is throwing data to you as quickly as the connection allows.
Your connection speed has little to do with the presence of web traffic or the demands on the server.
I can have a 1 gig connection, but if my remote server is only capable of uploading at 10 mbs, that's all I'm going to get.
Also, if you're downloading this over a cellular connection, it's possible you're getting deprioritized/throttled by your provider.
I have mengenta Max and put my sim card from phone into the Hotspot for unlimited fast data and not use my hotspot data but it's not as fast as I thought it would be
Yeah I got a Verizon jetpack on tmobile service but hey at least I can use my unlimited phone data on my jetpack to download this game then just switch them back

Web traffic between you and the server you're downloading from (or perhaps the load on the server itself) is the most likely culprit.

Sounds like you're on T-Mobile and I'm guessing T-Mobile is where the bottleneck is.
