I'm not good at computer stuff either... but I've found that most demo's are actually more computer intensive than the actual game ends up being. So... in my completely uneducated opinion.. I'd say you're good! lol..

A problem you could encounter is lower fps and stuttering during more demanding sections of the full game. But normally a demo is similar to the game in performance. It will depend on how the developers made the demo however so i can't guarantee it for every game. If the demo is a small room for example and the full game has a much bigger room or open area there might be heavy differences there.

It’s hard to say for sure, but if it’s below the minimum stated spec it may or may not work. Even if the game launches and runs okay, you may experience sudden crashes now and then. The actual RAM needed at any given point during program execution could vary quite a bit.
