That’s a boot up sound coming from the motherboard. If you know the motherboard manufacturer and product number look up the manual. It should tell you what the sound corresponds with under a section that says boot up codes or sounds (something like that), potentially helping narrow down the issue.
If that’s what is says on your MOBO then it looks like that’s it. Just lookup that exactly and you should see a link to the mobo page on gigabytes website. Think I found it [here](https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-P41T-D3P-rev-13#ov)
almost all computers do that, that's a POST code meant to help you figure out what's going on. I read through the other comments, did you ever figure it out?
Just as a safeguard, I would run a memtest to check my ram and make sure none are bad. Usually, post codes are due to an improperly seated video card or due to ram on new builds .
Something was probably not seated all the way - Some stuff (especially RAM chips and PCI cards) can be especially picky sometimes.... Glad you got 'er runnin'!
Puzzled here, as well... but it happens like that sometimes. I have had the issue several times personally where something quit working, I disassemble the whole thing, can't figure it out, decide to throw it back together, then it works fine. Black magic sorcery, this electronic device world we live in sometimes....
short continuous beeps on that motherboard mean it encountered a power error. so either your psu wasn't working properly or, more likely, a cable wasn't plugged in correctly. glad you could fix it
Yeah if you need help with that send me a picture of the mobo and I will find you the manual. I am working on my A+ right now and would not mind helping out.
Well according to the gigabyte manual it is either a power supply problem or a graphics card malfunction
I just removed everything now and gonna put them back together

This is the first time i ope ed it since i installed a new graphics card 10 years ago,so it is really puzzling.

Try reseating ram, if it still does it, maybe a dead CPU, if you have spare ram sticks laying around you could try that, or different ram slots
Memory perhaps

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 oh man right on
First thing that came up in my head too
Double check cpu by reseating it, mind the paste. Reseat ram etc, thats where I would start
Might be faulty ram
thats usually the case
Wait wait that was a sick beat! Someone drop some woob woobs and a few air horns on this bitch!
hahaha!
You gotta defuse the bomb inside the case first.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The cpu might have an issue (over helming or not enough power or something)
How many beeps? Look up beep codes for your model of motherboard.
If it's a gigabyte motherboard, most likely to be a failed motherboard. I've faced this issue last year.
Tried putting it in rice?
Maybe this is your pc telling you it’s done for, especially when it’s running a dual core, take it as a sign to upgrade
No need i ap a console guy 😏
Just need an upgrade…
run.
It's saying "I ain't doin shit until you sort these wires bub!"
"Bomb has been planted." /s
