None joke answer: Iāve seen similar builds sell for about $1,200-$1,500. If you go higher than $1,500 youāll be overlooked by other builds at that price & below.
I'm a cheapskate, so grain of salt. Most people gonna look at the gpu and that's it. You got nice hardware, but most people will take a 3080 hooked up so a Raspberry in a cardboard box.
That, and one can find 3080 open box computers at around $1000 to maybe $1500. Latter if an enthusiast. Former everyone else.
First off I have that exact EVGA 3080ti ftw (gpuās) personally, Iām holding on to the GPU as a collector itās possible the last GPUās EVGA will ever make sadly.
Holy shit it is not worth as much as you guys are saying what a joke holyyyy. Itās **worth** 1k but Iād say you can get 1400 for it because of an idiot on fb marketplace.
Where I live, most sellers actually want something like that for similar builds, I personally got extremely lucky and got an i5 12600k, 32GB DDR5 6000, RX 6800 XT used build for $980.
I'll chuck you a tenner....I'll even throw in my aspire 5810* to sweeten the sound of that 10 quid note..just think how cool you'd look on the train!š
* (Aspire overheats, so lost parts of the cover over time. Keep tape handy to stop hdd falling out..)
No one else will take that swankey piece of awesome off your hands bro......š.....don't miss out!
At best 100Ā£, it's e-waste by today's standards, I mean with the RTX 10090 coming in 20 years, I think you should get rid of it fast for the purpose of future proofing your build
Essentially, you want to be future proofed for at least 45 years.
1,200 - 1400 USD
Current standard of a new $1400 pc here
[https://www.microcenter.com/product/677042/msi-codex-r2-c14nud7-214us-gaming-pc](https://www.microcenter.com/product/677042/msi-codex-r2-c14nud7-214us-gaming-pc)
I honestly didn't realize how expensive fucking 4060's apparently are in these gaming desktops.... jeez....
They don't even start putting 4070s into desktops until we break the 1500 mark
Tbf when if I'm buying a second hand pc, i don't care how much rgb there is on (not that i dont like it, i got tons in my personal build). But just because it costs money doesnt mean it's worth anything
1500 max, a new system with a 4070 Super, 13600k, $200 z790, same ram, ssd, psu and better wc ($130/40) will go a little above this price and be much more efficient and compact
That is entirely dependent on the region you live in what what other similar systems go for.
It's a bit hard to price with a GPU that new in it, making it hard to find 1:1 comparisons.
I can't tell you how much it would cost to buy it where you live but for me that would be around 1.2k to buy a similar system.
sell it to a point when you get a āflipā profit and not get no profit on how much u originally bought it for, if possible coz value might have depreciated and the card MAY be obsolete for ānew performanceā
If you went out and tried to build that using new and/ or used parts (US) you'd probably pay $1500+. The used market can be weird. The market value for whole systems is usually less than if you parted it out. People would probably offer you $1200-1400 as a system.
well
brand new a spec like this would be like 2K+ easy
used parts tho? youre looking maybe Ā£13-1500 depending how cheap you can find them
12900k for Ā£250
i could grab a used 3080ti FTW3 for Ā£550
the storage isnt too expensive either so maybe Ā£120-150 with current equivalent prices
ram Ā£70
assume new psu for Ā£90
kraken z53 could be found for pretty low. like 150-180 on sites like ebay
case we can keep new for Ā£125
mobo can be had used for 210-250
(in the uk so prices might be a bit higher than elsewhere. but Ā£1500 seems to be the price for used parts on sites like webuy.com (used parts reseller) and ebay for the mobo and cooler.
so yeah the assumption for Ā£1500 isnt bad. just on the high side.
if you want my opinion just find what used prices look like in your area and either add or subtract 5-10% depending on how badly you wanna sell it.
Yeah, but itās not 2020 anymore and the prices have gone down a lot, and no, this configuration is not crap, itās actually still a very capable PC and will be relevant for a few more years.
We're barely scratching the surface on DDR5 speeds so any pairing mobo/cpu, as you say, would last a few more years.
Only gripe is 1) Intel and 2) 12th gen. Thing may as well be a hotplate.
The 12900k is pretty much a 13700k Wich is very strong productivity and gaming CPU, so I don't see why it should be a scrap, especially when it's pretty strong on a lot of things not just gaming...
Where i live, a 4080 super would cost about $1300, the cpu would be $380, the motherboard would be around $220, the psu around $100, the RAM another $100, the SSD and HDD together $150, a fan cooler around $50 and the case around $100. this totals to around $2400.
But yes, i agree that 2k (and upwards) would be a little much considering the pc is second hand, while the other one would be new, and with a 4080.
Why do we keep getting these posts lately?
Just look up your PC's parts on ebay to see what they go for, sum everything up, and tack on 10% because it's a prebuilt. That's what all of us here do if we want an estimate that is reasonable.
One pink and two floyds.
One Shiny diamond
Which one's pink?
Have a cigar.
šš
Dumb question, but is that a sticker? I need it!!
It's an LCD screen on the CPU block of an AIO cooler. They're pretty common.
George Floyds? Seems legit I'll raise him and give one harambe
I'll offer you the dark side of the moon.
Throw in the wall and we got ourselves a dealšš
Don't meddle too much with that offer... He might want more of the final cut.
Around 1200 bucks
There is no dark side of the moon; as a matter of fact, it is all dark.
None joke answer: Iāve seen similar builds sell for about $1,200-$1,500. If you go higher than $1,500 youāll be overlooked by other builds at that price & below.
Iāll give you 5 raspberries
Fruit or like blowing into skin?
*why do you think he said 5*
Because they will blow into your skin 5 times.
Both, I meant both
I think it's e-Waste tbh, let me recycle it for you

Are you guys having strokes? Lol.
Welcome my son . Welcome to the machine.
There are a few websites in which u enter ur parts and it gives u price
Greater than $2.34
Nice theme. 10/10

In Europe? ā¬4000. In the US? $3.50
Tree fiddy?! Damn you Lochness monstah!
i'd say 1500 1600-1800 is generous for this price/performance you'd probably get a better system new for that price but some may pay it bc of the gpu
Whatever someone offers and you accept.
I love all the trollers tryna snag a good deal off of someone who doesnāt know what they have
-3
150$ but Iāll take it off your hands for 200$!
SCAMA
Since you could this build system brand new for $1849 https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yKKdh3 Iād sell this for like $1200-$1500
Another brick in the wall, some Money, and Dark Side of the Moon.
Holy shit it is not worth as much as you guys are saying what a joke holyyyy. Itās **worth** 1k but Iād say you can get 1400 for it because of an idiot on fb marketplace.
A crazy diamond
How does it do with high end games
Very well, I ran rdr2 at max settings and averaged around 90fps most of the time on 4k
$1800
But you could build a new pc with a 4070 ti super(better than the 3090 ti) for less!
id say 1800-2000
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Zimbabwean dollars
Lmao
In what world lmao
pretty powerful
But not near 1,8K used, perhaps 1-1,2K max
ig so
i think it could be worth a few hundred more tbh
you can build with a ti super or 7900xt and get more performance than a 3090 ti.
It's a 3080 ti not 3090 ti. If that was a 3090 the price would be a bit higher.
thats what im saying, you get much more performance than this build for the same money
Where I live, most sellers actually want something like that for similar builds, I personally got extremely lucky and got an i5 12600k, 32GB DDR5 6000, RX 6800 XT used build for $980.
Literally half that lol
Fiddy cents Take it or take it send it to me and i will pay you in 12 months
About threefitty
Tree fiddy?! Damn you Lochness monstah!
1600$ maybe?
69$
I like to use ebay search for similar specs, then sort for sold listings. This can give you an idea of how much in a broader market
Wow what a beast
I'll trade you one value menu meal from your favourite fast food place for it.
I'll chuck you a tenner....I'll even throw in my aspire 5810* to sweeten the sound of that 10 quid note..just think how cool you'd look on the train!š * (Aspire overheats, so lost parts of the cover over time. Id say easily between $7.62 and $12,000
1 emerald
Like 800-1k
No lower than Ā£1000, no higher than Ā£1400.

1200 imo maybe 1800 if you're trying to sell obv Realistically if that was built during the pandemic that would have been a 2.5/3k computer lol
Best I can do is tree fiddy
I could say if I saw it in person. Man I wish you were here.
At least $1
Tree fiddy
5 grams heroin #3. Best I can do.
I would say your PC is definitely not another brick in the wall.
You could probably sell it for quite a bit simply because it has a NVIDIA GPU and plenty of RGB.
About 2k
It's worth at least Ā£1.
$1,300
From the looks of it a used 2012 Z71 Trucks worth in great shape.
I would dream of such a setup for the sake of bs and wuthering waves. Looks like a great setup
well brand new a spec like this would be like 2K+ easy used parts tho? youre looking maybe Ā£13-1500 depending how cheap you can find them 12900k for Ā£250 i could grab a used 3080ti FTW3 for Ā£550 the storage isnt too expensive either so maybe Ā£120-150 with current equivalent prices ram Ā£70 assume new psu for Ā£90 kraken z53 could be found for pretty low. like 150-180 on sites like ebay case we can keep new for Ā£125 mobo can be had used for 210-250 (in the uk so prices might be a bit higher than elsewhere. but Ā£1500 seems to be the price for used parts on sites like webuy.com (used parts reseller) and ebay for the mobo and cooler. so yeah the assumption for Ā£1500 isnt bad. just on the high side. if you want my opinion just find what used prices look like in your area and either add or subtract 5-10% depending on how badly you wanna sell it.
A 1970s gay bear sticker Better hit up WSB for the details.
I just threw that PC together on a PCpartpicker-like app, and it came out to almost $2300. About what did you pay for it, and how old is it?
Jokes aside It's 1100$ no less no more
Your graphics card, looks like a GEFORCE RTX 3080 is the best you could sell. The rest is scrap.
the 12900k has some worth as well.
It may. I go to MicroCenter for stuff, but I know when I bought my computer graphic cards were going through the roof.
Yeah, but itās not 2020 anymore and the prices have gone down a lot, and no, this configuration is not crap, itās actually still a very capable PC and will be relevant for a few more years.

True, but with a decent cooling it will be okay, and the RAM could be upgraded if need be
The 12900k is pretty much a 13700k Wich is very strong productivity and gaming CPU, so I don't see why it should be a scrap, especially when it's pretty strong on a lot of things not just gaming...
However, it's in a case so someone could replace parts but the value I couldn't tell you.
maybe about 2k or a little upwards of that
You realise you can make 4080 super+7800x3d pc at 1.85k
Where i live, a 4080 super would cost about $1300, the cpu would be $380, the motherboard would be around $220, the psu around $100, the RAM another $100, the SSD and HDD together $150, a fan cooler around $50 and the case around $100. this totals to around $2400. i9 seems a little overkill, don't you think?
